This is a direct Josh Nelson-generated post in the messages thread responding to the Jim Margalus’ main headline story... "There's a service called Sensor Tower - they track how many downloads a particular app has in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Here's an example using Instagram data: https://app.sensortower.com/overview/389801252?country=US Looking up CHSN, and boy it's not good. iOS downloads (Apple devices): 10K downloads worldwide last month. Estimated monthly revenue: $60,000 Google Play downloads (Android devices): 5K downloads world wide last month. Estimated monthly revenue: $10,000 If this data tells the entire story, the fact CHSN made only $70,000 from mobile subscriptions with the Bulls' postseason run, Blackhawks wrapping up the season, and White Sox spring training, that should be a MASSIVE concern for all three sports franchises. In 2022, the White Sox received $60 million according to MLB Trade Rumors. I'd be surprised with the current arrangement that the White Sox receive $6 million (1/10th) in 2025 (note: doesn't include advertising projections). There has to be someone screaming within Business Ops "FIRE!" about the potential revenue shortfall."

negotiations in NY, but hears cricket back in return. Yet another Sox-related humiliation. https://soxmachine.com/2025/04/spare-parts-without-comcast-deal-chsn-seeks-support-elsewhere “The lack of (Sox) on-field success could also hamper attempts to pressure Comcast from other directions. The Federal Communications Commission was at least peripherally involved in the discussion between the Yankees and Comcast, as the YES Network was nearly dropped from the basic tier before reaching an agreement at the end of March.” “In a surprise development on March 31st, YES Network and Comcast on Monday night reached a new carriage agreement, coming to terms on a deal just hours before the regional sports network was set to go dark in Xfinity households across northern New Jersey, the lower Hudson Valley and parts of Connecticut and Pennsylvania. An informal extension in the YES-Comcast carriage feud was set to expire at 11:59 p.m. ET, which would have led to the RSN being yanked in short order. As YES CEO Jon Litner informed viewers of Sunday’s Brewers-Yankees game, Comcast had informed network brass that “they will drop the YES Network from their programming lineup Monday night at midnight.” The last-minute deal was announced in a joint statement issued late Monday night.” https://www.sportico.com/business/media/2025/comcast-yes-network-new-tv-deal-1234845679/

Luke Keaschall out indefinitely with forearm fracture on hbp earlier tonight.

At least until Thome vs. Kotsay vs rotating DH debates of late 2000s w Ozzie leading into the 2010 season when Thome joined Twins and beat up Thornton.

Except Booser...Leasure just can't be trusted. That's why MIL letting Shane Smith go with that type of arm was pretty shocking tbh.

Please move on from Vaughn Maton Palacios Amaya to start with...

4-22 vs 6-20 2 game improvement on last year, but brutal schedule stretch coming up now through early June

slider slider slider low and outside hahaha As escape AL West basement tonight Sox 6-20 6-24 last year through April

Quero almost homered on the slider...hit it well.

Baldwin 103 ev located center inside 99 mph fb

Sosa and Baldwin very similar statlines. Probably end up throwing Quero in there against Miller lol. up to 265/733 Baldwin

And a shitty bullpen to boot.

Where's our Edwards lol?

He's still a lot better than Grifol...would have to see him with a true contender to judge.

Ferguson will get 8th has been dominant. Urshela great play there shades of Chavez and Donaldson.

Didnt register on Speed Pitch behind LF. Not fast enough.

Thought Gilbert would suffer same fate...tbh

Got tricked by Braves...

This was too predictable... Soderstrom 5/7 run

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/44856426/derrick-harmon-mother-died-steelers-drafted-son Sad story...

12 IP 0 er 15 ks been on a run Rockies one out from being 4-21 Michael Toglia passing Vaughn making Andrew THE worst 1B in baseball. Baldwin RF Amaya to SS we can't quit him Shuster warning/warming

Another poor RISP streak started...

Sterner rhp in 11 1/3 IP 0 ER 14 ks

Vargas another multi hit game this week. Not Palacios again with RISP. Ofc why not lol? big out Vargas now at 180/551

Just send down Maton or Palacios. Amaya is particularly pointless now.
