  1. 21:44 OT 100 Projected future RUGBY star REES-ZAMMIT LEAVES sport TO PURSUE AN NFL CAREER skysports 922 likes skysports Louis Rees-Zammit has announced he is to join the NFL's international player pathway programme this month and will depart Gloucester and Wales Rugby. Gloucester confirmed the immediate release of Rees-Zammit from his contract, with the player announcing the move mere minutes before...
  2. “One of the strongest arms in the system, if not the Minor Leagues, works very well for third base. Even though he currently moves surprisingly well for his size, there are concerns that he will outgrow the ability to play third and there’s a chance he ends up at first or left field when all is said and done. The kind of consistent power production the Orioles think he can provide will work from any spot on the diamond.” If they wanted so desperately to ditch Burger, there’s no indication a 45 grade glove is the right direction. To really maintain plus value, he’d have to utilize that 70 arm and tons of coaching in RF. But, as a 40 grade route runner…even RF might be too much for him. mlbpipeline.com
  3. Hanser Alberto on the left? Turned season into a bit of a monstrosity.
  4. Because the OU system has always pushed that gunslinging, let ‘er rip downfield philosophy… worked with all of them but Spencer Rattler
  5. The speculation about the severity of Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield’s injured shoulder just amped up to another level. FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reports that Mayfield has a fractured humerus bone in his left arm in addition to the torn labrum on the left (non-throwing) shoulder. 10-21-2021
  6. Cleveland giving up on Mayfield one year early for Watson an all-time bonehead decision…chose Stefanski over their QB and judged him largely on a season he was never close to 100% health-wise but gutted it out. Watson just sat the bench in similar circumstances Baker would have tried to battle through for his teammates..
  7. Dolphins the last two years…
  8. Coming around to roll the dice with the new defense and get a 25-30% better return at the deadline. It’s like trading Dak Prescott, Tua, Trevor Lawrence or even Justin Fields (as of this week) when we believe Dylan’s truly an elite guy in the right situation and should be properly valued as one of the top ten out of 150 instead of merely top 25-30% or whatever. Orioles fans are acting like he is Kirk Cousins.
  9. No...teaching classes. Just read articles online.
  10. They did an excellent job of stubbornly refusing to promote him regardless of the mess/es in the Sox outfield last year...and his Charlotte numbers. A lot like the year Alcides Escobar threw a fit because they wouldn't bring him up to the big league club well after his glory days in KC.
  11. Getz was definitely prepared to hit the ground running. We will see what happens when the ground hits back on his "junkyard" collection.
  12. Orioles' attacks brought out a little feistiness from you...

  14. Harbaugh and Vrabel have to be way up there. McVay should be Coach of the Year but won't.
  15. Never saw Ptac with that kind of a take for a coach who consistently made the playoffs in KC, only to almost always end in predictable heartbreak. Two runs in SD too.
  16. The problem is Grifol makes Ventura Bevington and TLR almost palatable. At least 2012 Ventura after the Ozzie exit madness, and not the indifferent collapsing clubhouse version.
  17. Only seven years older than Anderson playing a MUCH more demanding position that chewed up and spit out Grandal and numerous others. Maldonado would have been fine for that price at 32-33.
  18. See White Sox fans and Renteria. Be careful what you wish for.
  19. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39309562/philadelphia-eagles-nick-sirianni-jalen-hurts-disconnect Meanwhile, Baker Mayfield one of the better candidates for Comeback Player of the Year. Two OU guys with completely opposite trajectories. TB actually finished better than Brady's record last year and had to win every single game down the stretch like BUFF.
  20. Have no idea where they go next season...Fields would be yet another possibility. Winston maybe. Can't see how Pickett can possibly reassert himself after everything that's gone down this season. Mason Rudolph is less of a long-term plan than probably every QB in the league but O'Connell, perhaps Howell and Ridder. They have to get the ball to Pickens more often, somehow.
  21. Based on 2023 big league results mostly?
  22. Daniels is so thin...have to worry about his durability just like with Young and Kyler Murray.
  23. Tomlin should bolt due to lack of appreciation. Those three QBs don't belong anywhere near the postseason. Meanwhile Bills seven consecutive wins now and will collide with Baltimore at some point...seems to be down to those two and KC.
  24. You haven't counted SSHM posts/lists yet?? That should keep you busy for the remainder of the winter.
  25. Still bitter over Kimbrel being passed off to them...
