I f***in hope that's the deal that's gonna happen b/c like DBAH0 said, that's way overpaying for Benson.

There was some speculation earlier in the year that Briggs could possibly move to MLB, and Urlacher to WLB. This way Urlacher could be the type of player in our defense that Derrick Brooks is in Tampa's. Also, b/c Briggs is such a fierce competitor and has that MLB attitude.

Bristol lost game 1 of DH, 8-6. Evan Tartaglia was 2-5, and Jose De Los Santos and Brandon Allen were each 1-3. All 4 pitchers who pitched gave up 2 runs each. Bristol Game 1 Box Bristol won game 2 of DH, 3-1. Tartaglia was 1-2, as was Javier Castillo. Lucas Harrel had a nice start, giving up 1 run (earned) in 5 IP. Harrel is really a guy to watch out for. He was drafted out of Ozark (Missouri) High School in the 4th round this year. He had a game earlier this year when he pitched 5 perfect innings before being taken out. Bristol Game 2 Box Great Falls won 8-5, no box yet...

Charlotte won game 2 of DH, 5-1. Reggie Taylor was 2-3 with a HR and 2 rbi. Josh Stewart had another very good start, giving up 1 run (earned) in 6.2 IP. Charlotte Game 2 Box

I actually had Brice in my OF before I posted this. But, after looking over my list, I realized that this is, for the most part, based on potential, and Young to his full potential is better than Brice to his full potential, so that's why Young is over Brice on most everybody's lists.

He could be a cross b/t Mark Prior and Shingo. How'd that be for a pitcher?

Agreed. There is this one thing that I'm confused about, though. Many of y'all are saying that Benson will help the Twins win the division, etc. and I agree w/ you. But if we had traded for Benson, many people would be b****ing about the guys we gave up to get him and that he's gonna suck in the AL w/ a 5+ ERA. So, I just don't get why people said they didn't want Benson b/c he'd suck in the AL, yet many of those same people didn't want the Twins to get him b/c he'll help them win. I don't get it?
