Anyone else been checking electoral-vote.com during the elections? Seems to have a slight democratic lean, but it's got bright colors and graphs, which makes my eyes happy.

Last October, I had a friend commit suicide. This October, it's a friend to cancer. It's that much harder when you're from a small town, cause it doesn't happen often, and when it does it just plain sucks.

Another one of my friends died last nite....this time it was my old next-door neighbor. I thought friends were supposed to start dying off when you hit 70, not 18....

I'm pretty sure we went wire-to-wire.

I've missed college basketball. I will say 2-3 losses in the conference are about what I expect out of Kansas.
