We do not deserve to be in the playoffs and the twins are a better team. Believe me. The old school people here know me. I am a die hard sox fan. I am also able to objectively look at things and right now.... that's where I'm at. If we where to somehow get into the playoffs - we would probably be beat right off the bat. The twins have a better shot of going past the first round than we do. They are a better team. OK. That said.... mods - moderate me like always and merge this thread with another. Think about it... if we didn't give Arizona their surplus of outfielders problem... we would have never had the chance to trade for Quentin. So we have: Chris Carter, Chris Young, Orlando Hernandez, Luis Vizcaino for Carlos Quentin and Javier Vazquez ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- It looks to me that we have the better of this deal. With Quentin edging out Young in terms of offensive production. Vazquez obviously is leaps and bounds better than Hernandez and Vizcaino. Whatda you guys think?
