QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Aug 12, 2016 -> 06:54 PM) the damage this has done to Fulmer's trade value...not sure how that's much of a positive with how much he has been exposed. The jury is FAR from out on Fulmer.

Check out Bear's Den

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Aug 11, 2016 -> 12:23 PM) Today's Knuckleball @KnuckleballFRS .@JonHeyman explains why better offers will come in the offseason for the #WhiteSox Chris Sale and Jose Quintana - http://www.todaysknuckleball.com/al/chicago-white-sox/heyman-better-offers-sale-quintana-will-come-offseason/ …://http://www.todaysknuckleball.com/al...me-offseason/ …://http://www.todaysknuckleball.com/al...me-offseason/ … What a fantastic article... Not.

QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Aug 11, 2016 -> 02:40 AM) Rodon would be the guy who needs to pitch like a 3. Shields is more like a 5th starter at this point. And if the Sox don't spend this offseason they aren't contending. I don't care who they acquire, they will NOT contend unless some combination of 2 solid-elite players are acquired through FA and/or trade not including signing Morneau. +1

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Aug 11, 2016 -> 07:37 AM) The Sox are trading Robertson in the offseason Boldly stated.

Here we go again...

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 07:38 PM) Rodon hasn't exactly been close to what we thought he would be and probably could have used more time in the minors. I'll give you him so far as well. Think he's going back to his old "get after em" approach now though.

More awfulness

f***ing aweful that wasn't overturned.

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 07:08 PM) Noo!! For the love of god this organization needs to quit rushing prospects. Just let them go through the process Meh. Position prospects I'm with you. Pitching prospects they've handled well - Fulmer being an outlier.

QUOTE (ron883 @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 06:48 PM) Could get a September call up if he looks good. No s***?

Oy vey

Hansen's quick acclimation to professional baseball is the best thing out of our draft. Mercy!

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 03:48 PM) Did you know that the 10 players selected at #26 prior to Birdi have a combined career WAR of -1.2? If this guy is a contributing receiver, Hahn nailed this pick. Uh... How do picks 16 - 25 in the 2016 MLB draft have any ability to have WAR weighted against their major league career? Edit: Duh, retread your post and understand what you're jiving at now.

QUOTE (Dunt @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 02:39 PM) 25 man roster with additions coming via free agency and trades: -Sign Edwin Encarnacion to a 4 year, $80 MM deal -Trade for Brian McCann -Resign Austin Jackson to a 1 yr contract RF Eaton LF Cabrera DH Encarnacion 1B Abreu C McCann 3B Frazier 2B Lawrie SS Anderson CF Jackson/Tilson BE Narvaez BE Saladino BE Jackson/Tilson BE ________ SP Sale SP Quintana SP Rodon SP Gonzalez SP Fulmer CL Jones SU Robertson SU Burdi RP Jennings RP Purnam RP Petricka RP Ynoa/Goldberg/Shields? That ain't going for it much.

QUOTE (shipps @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 01:49 PM) Seeing that lineup just puzzles me. Each individual arent terrible baseball players (a case can be made for some) but as a whole they are yuck. Why is that? Because you've got players who massed between 2012 - 2014 and now are below average.

QUOTE (bmags @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 01:46 PM) This is totally on a dry erase board somewhere in US cellular field thou Yuck.

QUOTE (bmags @ Aug 10, 2016 -> 01:40 PM) Let me be first to put this lineup out there: 2017 White Sox LF - Puig CF - Gomez RF - Eaton 3b-Frazier SS - Anderson 2b - LORRIE 1b - Abreu DH - Melky C - Matt Wieters Yuck.

Rumor has it when they both defected that the brothers wanted to both sign on the same team. My money is on the Astros.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 8, 2016 -> 09:39 AM) Will he opt out of that crazy deal though? Dude is gonna make almost 30M dollars for the next two years He's gonna make 24 per if he doesn't opt out. He'll get a higher AAV if he opts out.

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jul 23, 2016 -> 08:48 PM) raBBit: I will have more soon but for those of you who expect the same old same old #WhiteSox this deadline...prepare to be surprised. Weak boner.

f*** it...

QUOTE (daggins @ Aug 7, 2016 -> 01:20 PM) We'll figure that out as we go along = He is a reliever but we aren't ready to admit that to the public yet. Naw. No way they don't give him a shot before making that confession.

Hahn on Fulmer's long term path as a starter or reliver.... http://mlb.com/r/article?ymd=20160807&...ws&c_id=cws I'm afraid they're f***ing this kid up.
