It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Slate did an article not too long ago about how this type of hyperventilation and overreaction plays right into the hands of Islamic propaganda and helps make their points for them (which would otherwise be bulls*** points).

In the last 5 games, when has something gone right on the basepaths (involving stealing, or taking the extra base)? I could be remembering wrong but I don't remember any successful steals against the Orioles and if there were, there were probably twice as many gift outs.
