She is 13, and definitely old enough to know better. I only did that because she obviously wasn't listening before. When she loses her key she tries to lie about it and leaves the door unlocked/tries to substitute it with the screen door etc. I think she got the point this time. I did tell her if she loses this key, she loses the phone (which like I said she seems to have no problem keeping track of). My stepdaughter lost her key for about the 5th time (meaning she's lost 5 keys, not that she lost one 5 times). She lost her own key, the spare, my wife's key, and 2 keys before that. I don't understand how she keeps doing that because I've lost exactly ZERO keys in my entire life, the first couple of times I let it slide with a lecture, the 3rd time I didn't find out until she had already lost the spare and my wife's key (why my wife didn't tell me this is anyone's guess but that's another issue). Oh but guess how many times she's lost her cellphone? If your answer is the same as the number of times I lost my keys in my life, you are correct... Anyway, because I needed to give her a virtual slap in the face and didn't feel like taking her cellphone away yet, I went to McDonald's and got ice cream and fruit parfaits for everyone but her. She asked why I did that and I said "Oh, you don't know yet but you decided to give me the money for the sundae so I could buy a new key. Lose this one and you lose your phone too since you obviously aren't responsible enough to have it." Yeah that was kind of mean but her ass needs to learn.

Kap I don't know why you altered Balta's statement back there, it was just a couple of pages though that Balta posted where the Obama administration turned down help and then he said "this is the type of thing you should be kicked out of office for" Criticism of the administration from the left has been pretty strong and consistent this whole time... I don't know why you guys like to bring things like that up like it's news to everybody and/or they're making excuses for it because that's not happening.

It's pretty easy to see how that law is unconstitutional, on its face, without even thinking for very long about it. So easy that it probably wouldn't even make it to the Supreme Court because it wouldn't be necessary. If you're born here, you're a citizen, that's what the Constitution says (this is one of the main Birther arguments btw since a lot of them decided to claim it was never about whether Obama was born here but because only his mother was a U.S. citizen and not both parents that he is not a natural born citizen - basically making up laws). If you don't like it you have to amend the Constitution.

The British government is whining. Someone tell me, who else are Americans supposed to be blaming for causing this if not for BP? Surely not the company that caused it...? Hey guys, I'm sorry if it was a British multinational company that f***ed up so badly and has to take it on the chin...
