Not really. The more I watch postseason baseball the more I realize that I am tired of the Yankees in the AL. Georgie is gonna break up this team if they don't win it all this year and nothing could make me happier. Also part of me wants the Twins to win this series and represent some AL Central pride. That being said, I still want the A's to win the pennant.

I'm not a big hockey fan either but if an NHL playoff game goes into overtime (like so many this year) I will usually watch.

Any other sport sucks cuz they are all based on the clock. When the clock runs out you lose. In baseball, the clock never runs out and a team can score as many runs as they want with 2 out in the ninth inning.

"No one in the ballpark expected that to happen" is usually an expression but I think it's true this time. I mean the Catcher of the A's BUNTING??? WOW this is a HUGE lift for A's winning a game that Pedro started. I say Boston does not bounce back from this one.

Right cuz one is the feel-good story of the year for a player who never won more than 14 games and is a possible Cy Young winner. The other is about a player who can do no wrong in this town and has seasons of 60+ HR and gets caught corking his bat. This makes sense...

I don't think Torre is the type of manager the White Sox need. Personality-wise that is. Plus he is gonna command a huge salary just based on his record with the Yanks.

I don't like the Cubs or Twins, but I respect the Twins. The Cubs have not done enough for me to earn any respect. They laugh off cheating, scalp their tickets, and continue to market their product based on entertainment value and not quality. The 2003 Cubs might change this since it seems they have finally tried to put a winning team on the field. I still don't think they deserve my respect since they do not really respect my team either.

Cubs win. Why am I watching this, I will get very little satisfaction watching the Cubs even if they lost. At least the Cubs are in the playoffs, this is a very tough time.

It hurts to say this but the Cubs are looking good tonight. If they pull it out, Twins win, Cubs win, Sox not playing...This could be a rough couple of days.

I want grinders. I really don't think Carlos and Everett are really your protypical grinders. I want a guy that gets on base and annoys the hell out of the opposition. Sort of how Ichiro destroys us every time we play Seattle.

Cubby fever will die down soon enough. I can still remember how dead I felt the day of game 3 of the 2000 ALDS when I could tell the Sox had almost no chance.
