Not looking good
Yeah, this game looks like final score will be 11-9 Marlins

Not looking good
Marlins are at least hitting more line drives than the weak-ass Braves.

A's staging nice comeback.
Billy Beane being the GM is the little solace I can take in this whole madness. Currently there are 3 teams playing in the LCS that I don't want to win the World Series. The only one that I want to win is the weakest of the four.

Another poll
The A's , I hate all the other teams including the Cubs.

WEEK 5 PICKS
It's called parity. Something the NFL has alot of, NBA and NHL some, and MLB will never have.

Kicker hits 62 yard kick...worth one point
Jason Elam and Tom Dempsey, the latter being the guy with one arm and half a foot.

Movie Biz proganda
If Kill Bill is even half as good as Pulp or Reservoir, it will be worth the money.

WHY is everyone goin crazy here about the cubs?
When you walk into Poli Sci and all the non-sports fans are raving about the Cubs, you know you are in hell. Especially when one tries to explain to you that they didn't play a World Series in 1945, otherwise the Cubs would have won it... :fyou Morons you lost to Detroit.

Great job Mcnabb
Thread got moved from Palehose talk.

Braves Bandwagon Transfer
Here at NLCS junction to Marlins Bandwagon. This bandwagon is alot nicer than the f***ing Braves who I can now go back to hating.

Foulke cannot close big games
They pitched Foulke so much in games 1 and 2 that I think the A's were just asking for it when they brought him in in the 8th today. Oh well I guess that was their best bullpen option at the time. Pedro is usually lights out in decisive games = Good Bye A's.

not lookin good guys....
Braves get about 6 outs in the 6th inning, still only score one run thanks to Larry Wayne Jones GIDP.
-
Would we have lost to Yanks, too?
Yeah also Yankees looked pretty bad during postseason. Their lefties dominated Minny though. We could probably have hit David Wells and Petitte too. The world will never know.

not lookin good guys....
Braves need to swing at some fastballs early in the count. Once Kerry gets two strikes on these guys they have no chance.

Joe Buck
I don't think words can express how much I agree with you. Could anyone ever imagine a Chimp/Santo team? It would just be an incoherent broadcast full of shouting and "SWUNG ON BELTED" but I bet Cub fans would love it.

Oakland-Boston
1999 remember Cleveland blowing that 2-0 lead against the Red Sox?? That was priceless. I am still rooting for the A's but they look awful shaky right now with Foulke blowing that game today. I'm sick of the Red Sox they are just the slightly better AL version of the Cubs.

Soxtalk.com You Decide!
No more Marlins cocahes. I want a REAL MANAGER.

BUH BYE TWINS!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad the Twins lost but sick of the Yanks. The White Sox should be in these playoffs right now and they better be next year or they are all pieces of s*** too. Our division becomes even MORE WINNABLE IF THAT WAS f***ING POSSIBLE NEXT YEAR!!

THE HOP
I was sittin in a restaurant during the 9th inning when everyone over at the bar screams. I knew the score was 6-4 at the time so I thought the Cubs had tied it or something. When all the Flub Fans came running back to their tables I asked some guys if the Cubs won and he relayed the sad sad news that Sammy had flown out to the track. If the Cubs do lose this series, I will always remember that hop. LMFAO

Tejadas obstruction
From what I saw, Tejada kept going for a while then saw the throw beat him. Once he saw that Varitek was gonna get the ball, he turned around to protest the non-call.

White Sox 5th Starter? Starting CF?
It would be really great if Joe Borchard was ready for CF. He took a few steps backward this year.

My Dream Team for 2004
If we don't sign Colon, do we use that money to fill out our rotation or sign position players like Cabrera?
