Carson Fulmer's final start of the regular season before the draft went pretty well....
CG, 2 H, 1 R, 14 K.
He allowed 2 hits in the 1st inning....and no hits after that. I think he secured himself as the NCAA strikeout king. 132 Ks in 95 IP. No one has put up 132 or more Ks in 14 starts or less since Marcus Stroman in 2012. A 12.42 K/9, which hasn't been seen since........Carlos Rodon in 2013 when he had a 12.51 K/9.
Not bad company for Mr. Fulmer. Kylie McDaniel thinks he's a no-brainer top 10 pick.
