Free advice for the Sox- postpone Wednesday and Thursday's games tomorrow. The Tigers come back twice. Take the 26th man and better weather in May and August.

Unscientific, but if they would have announced Sunday at noon that the game is Tuesday at 3:10, how many fans make it Tuesday?

They gambled, they lost when it comes to playing today. But they got what they wanted- scheduled media coverage, and concession money.

I'll admit I was wrong if it happens, but I bet Quintana has known for at least an hour he's pitching tomorrow.

It's possible Melky is still 53. Like I said, it may just be a misprint in the game notes, and the person who put them together put 44 because Bourjos was next to Cabrera on a list from spring training.

Honestly, it could be good or bad weather in Mid-March to late May. I know it gets said every year that they should open in better climates, but it really doesn't matter other than possibly getting rained out on opening day.

As of now, they plan to play as scheduled. The forecasts I've seen, there is a possible window to start the game on time, but they could end up playing in a light rain. Not fun.

Whatever call they make, this is looking like a 1-game series and doubleheaders in late May and late August.
