Chris Volstad is coming off a decent start 4-28. He could start Wednesday.

105 isn't out of the question, but predicting anything higher than that is a stretch. Bottom line, they'll probably be the 1-seed in the NL, and we'll hope to watch them lose in October for quite a few years to come.

Maybe Gonzalez getting hit with a line drive was good for him. Can start Wednesday.

The thing with Lincecum is he'll have to make minor league starts for somebody. If he signed with the Sox, he'd just be an extra option. That said, I think he'll sign elsewhere- probably Baltimore.

I'm rooting for Danks just to be the same guy as the last couple years. That would be acceptable 5th starter stuff. Hope Wednesday he'll pitch well enough to face the Rangers. If not, he may be done. Like, done done.
