Including this game, the Sox have 16 games they should be able to go 10-6 at minimum. 3 vs Bal 3 at Sea (no Felix) 3 at Oak 4 vs Bos 3 vs Cle This is why I don't think it's bad to make an early season roster move if they think it will give them an edge, even if it's a small edge. This is the part of the schedule they need to seize.

De Aza's average went from .250 to .222 today. One of his triples from the Tigers series was ruled an error on Delmon Young.

Axelrod is actually pitching well so far this season.

Beckham is a career .225 hitter in his home park. That's almost 3 years of a sample size. It's time to do something. I hate to say it, but he's got to go down to Charlotte in a last ditch effort to get some confidence at the plate, and if he doesn't find it, they have to move him.
