White Sox Players
I know of a few of them but was wondering if there were any that I do not know about. So far here's my list... Bullard=Jim Bullard Cotts=Neal Cotts man hands=Jeff Bajenaru BMAC3520=Brandon McCarthy If anyone knows of anymore that I don't please do tell. And another thing, why is it all pitchers? We need to get some of the position players in on this. Although, pitchers are smarter so it does make sense.

Sox get Griffey
I know this is probably not true, but if it were I'd put Frank at first and Griffey at DH, keeping Rowand in CF.

Sox get Griffey
This has April Fools Joke all over it. What would the Reds want with PK?

Monday night home games
Mondays are generally the days off in-between series so it's no surprise. Not many teams play regularly on Mondays.

Maggs got traded.
At least use a team that doesn't have Vlad as their RF. You had me for about half a second though when I just glanced at the title my heart stopped.

Twins ain't gonna win
I think the Twins are in better shape than the Royals are. I don't see how the Royals could finish any higher than third with that pitching staff.

League #1 fantasy baseball thread
That's me losing 9-2. But, it says that week 1 is from March 30-April 11, so that's the rest of this week and all of next. But I'll still probably lose 9-2.

Besides the Sox who is your favorite MLB team
I liked the A's when I was about 4 when they had Canseco and McGwire. But, I don't really consider them my second favorite team anymore. I started liking the Marlins in the middle of last year, before I even knew what was to come in the playoffs, just cause they were a fun team to watch. Other than that, any team that is an underdog or is fun to watch I will cheer for. But no one even comes close to the Chicago White Sox!!!

Duke Fan In The House!
Yeah, I'm a lifelong Illinois fan and I can't see how the argument can be made that they have been better in recent years than Michigan St. Illinois might have a slight edge in the regular season but the tournament is what really matters and MSU always seems to go deep, besides this year when I finally picked them to. Until Illinois can make some consistent runs in the tournament and a couple of Final Four appearances, they can't be considered a powerhouse. I think they're right on the verge of doing that though.

Welcome to all of the new posters
Good to see all the new members. Welcome to everyone. And especially good to see some long-time posters come out of hibernation a week before the season. Here's to the sox doing well so everyone sticks around for an exciting 2004 season.

Today's game
I don't see how he would get the opportunity before Marte. Also, I don't see Koch sucking as bad as he did last year. He won't be dominant, but I think he'll get the job done.

Opening Day -- In Japan
I'm contemplating getting up at 4 and watching the first game of the season, then going to class at 8, then going back to sleep...for a long time. Although, I might not be able to get myself up like others said before.

New Banner
I don't know if this has already been mentioned but I just noticed the new "The Rematch" banner and I think it's badass.

NCAA hoops thread
Well, UConn is winning by 20. At least the Pitt game is close.

Keady mostly likely leaving Purdue
No way Weber leaves a program like Illinois with all starters returning next year for Purdue.

Worst Off Season
I think the sox was just a little better than the twins because of the addition of the addition of Ozzie Guillen as manager, or should I say the subtraction of Jerry Manuel.
