The chemistry seems great with Ozzie at the helm, but that also could be the fact that a few guys who might not have been expected back this year, Konerko, Thomas, Maggs to name a few, are back and they want to make the best of it. First Spring Training game is tomorrow vs. Arizona. I can't wait. Go Sox!!!

I'll disagree with you on this one. I think Borchard would get the boost of confidence he needs if he makes the squad out of Spring Training. He's spent plenty of time in the minors and to send him back down could hurt him mentally, although he seems to be past that stage and just having fun now. I hope he beats Bernard for the reserve OF spot.

I might have to leave the draft early due to a rec basketball game. How long should the draft take? And is there a way to leave after already being there for the first part without making you guys wait for my picks when I'm gone?

I don't know, their starting pitching is very solid, but their lineup and bullpen are both question marks in my mind. Who knows what Sosa's numbers will look like this year with the steroid testing being mandatory. Alou is not getting any younger and seems to be do for another injury. Will Patterson be the same after his injury? And Borowski is no Gagne. And if he falters I don't think Hawkins is as good of a closer as he is a setup man. Sure, the Cubs will compete and are now one of the top 3 teams in the NL Central talent wise, but they're no lock to win the division.
