QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 09:36 PM) The only reason he hasn't caught more heat in this city is because no one cares enough to put up a fuss. The Bulls are becoming the Hawks of the early 2000's. Finally, someone agrees with me. My friends were talking the other night at the Hawks game and all 3 of them said I was an idiot for thinking the Bulls aren't as popular as the Hawks. Hell with that- the Bulls games are silent when you watch them and it's a Deerfield crowd 95% of the time. Boooooring.

QUOTE (SoxFan101 @ Jan 13, 2009 -> 11:07 PM) And what exactly has he done to show this? He did nothing last season and this year he had a craptastic season too and thats with a better QB and O-Line than what we have on the Bears. And for most of the season he had Plax drawing double teams which should of gave him more of a chance to be open. So who would you take, Hester or Smith? Lloyd or Smith? Davis or Smith? Exactly. -

Where is Meeks on all your All-America teams? He was averaging 25 ppg coming into his 54 tonight. -

QUOTE (SoxFan101 @ Jan 13, 2009 -> 12:51 PM) Well to be fair now that Shockey gone too, that recieving corps without Burress is pretty bad, worse than the Bears even. Steve Smith is better then any WR we have. -

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Jan 11, 2009 -> 10:04 PM) I'm definitely rooting for the Cardinals. Same. -
So this dude I'm talking to says he'd take Quentin and Dye over Morneau and Mauer. He says he'd take those 2 because Quentin isn't injury prone, he should have won MVP, and he's amazing, and he'd take Dye because he's "amazing". LOL.

QUOTE (chimpy2121 @ Jan 10, 2009 -> 10:45 PM) Duke looked like s*** today. They did, but FSU always plays them tough. A 24-5 run is good at the start of a half but they need to finish better. -

QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Jan 10, 2009 -> 07:29 PM) The biggest play of the game (the 3rd and long pass to Heap on the last drive) should have been a delay of game, and the fact a missed call was such a key factor in a playoff game is a shame. I'm still also curious as to if Flacco stayed in bounds when he rolled out at the very back of the end zone on a 3rd and long pass play before Baltimore punted in the 4th quarter. However, at the end of the day, Tennessee had 3 giveaways (one at the Baltimore 32, another at the Baltimore 17, and a third at the Baltimore 6) zero takeaways, and 12 penalties. You have nobody to blame but yourself when you put up those numbers and lose a playoff game. He did stay in bounds. They showed the replay twice on SC. -

I thought Jared Allen should have been runner up. Besides Peterson, he was Minnesota's MVP this year. Anyways, I got: Giants over Eagles Panthers over Cardinals Titans over Ravens (UPSET?) Steelers over Chargers -

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jan 5, 2009 -> 10:45 PM) Im putting my entire mortgage on Fla. One spot away from the win. It looked like the receiver fumbled out of bounds to me. Whatev. Good game by Pryor, he was a man amongst boys at times. Didn't he only complete like 30% of his passes with like 80 rush yards? -

I would have thought Texas would be up fairly big (2 TD's) at half. I can't believe it. I think OSU wins it. Texas looks disinterested. -

I wanted Miami to go to the Super Bowl and win it but now that seems unlikely. 13-3 at half and the final will probably be 30-13 or something. -
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 1, 2009 -> 03:29 PM) Franchising a QB right now will cost like $14 million in cap space next year, all guaranteed $. No way the Pats do that. Looks like they will.

QUOTE (Palehosefan @ Jan 2, 2009 -> 10:24 PM) Utah deserves a share of the national title if OU/Florida is a close game. Utah beat Oregon State, BYU, top ten TCU, and top 5 Alabama. The only team that can beat USC is USC. Honestly, everytime they play a good team they kick their ass. When they lose, it's because of a lack of focus. USC should hold some of the title. -
