I was thinking the same thing. Maybe if we get him, we could deal Jenks to the Mets like we're rumored to be interested in doing..

I'm not sure what to think. Swisher was bad but he looked like PK's replacement at 1B. However, they still may trade PK, stick Viciedo at 3B if they get him, then put Betemit at 1B. However, what do we do in CF now? I figured we'd be getting Melky in return when I heard we dealt Nick to New York. How is Wilson's defense?

I'm really excited about this kid. If Alexei took 1.75 per year for 4 years, then this guy probably deserves 3 or so per year for 5 years. KW loves Fields, though, so I wonder what would happen. Maybe they'll start Fields OD, then if he struggles, work Viciedo into the lineup?

Okay, so now it's 17-3 USC. How about another TD, Carroll? TT just manhandling OKST. If they beat Oklahoma in 2 weeks in Norman...wow. So, let's say: Oklahoma beats TT next week. Texas loses to Missouri in the Big-12 title game. Alabama loses a regular season game, then beats Florida in the SEC title game. Then who plays for the national championship?

USC only winning a TD won't help my Trojans (unless they get 2 or 3 TD's in the 4th). With the Penn State loss and what looks like another big TT win, USC will be #5 or #6 (if they even end up winning).

Snowy and windy means Clark won't be able to work his magic for Penn State, and all Iowa wants to do is run the ball anyways...

Hinrich, Nocioni, Thomas, and Noah all had a combined 15 or so points. I almost feel bad for Rose- he had his best game (20 pts., 7 asst.) and you got Drew Gooden firing up 20 foot airballs. It's ridiculous. Thank the Lord I dumped my Bulls season tickets for Hawks ST's...
