I'm not sure I understood Quero's approach there, but it worked out. He kept trying to go oppo the whole time when all he needed was a ground ball to the right side.

That wasn't a routine play. That ball was pretty deep in the hole towards 3B.

Dominguez had his good stuff and still couldn't get a 1 run save...

The big issue with Dominguez besides his lack of control is that his fastball isn't good enough to put guys away. It's one of the only pitches he can kind of locate but guys just keep fighting it off until he actually gets a breaking pitch or off speed near the zone.

I don't think he has in a save situation.
