White Sox have the second best bullpen in baseball, best in the AL. They also have the second best rotation in baseball. All of this results in them being the second best pitching staff in baseball and the best in the AL.

The White Sox have two of the most valuable relievers in baseball in Putz and Thornton. Thornton leads all of the AL in reliever WAR (second in all of baseball, only to Jonathan Broxton). Putz is 10th.

Pryzbilla will make $7.4 million this year, contract expires after this next season. Bayless makes $2.2 million. We would save about $2 million in the process.

Kaplan reports that the Bulls have a trade in place to for Luol Deng to Portland for Bayless + Pryzbilla. Kaplan's actually going on a Portland radio station.

Thibbs is a good hire. Trading Hinrich away won't be bad at all if we can get a big free agent.

Their flexibility is going to be shot after this year if you sign those guys, and finding a legit big man with the MLE is a very difficult task. The problem is that they're going to have issues getting anyone if they don't trade Noah for Bosh.
