Clubhouses do have cliques, but not all of them are toxic or hurt the team's performance on the field.

This team isn't winning anything worthwhile until we modernize the front office and coaching staff. As a team that doesn't like to spend big on premium free agents, you have to spend money and resources in places that will help you get bargains and squeeze every ounce of talent out of your players. The Sox FO and coaching staff are almost the exact opposite of that.

Leury is clearly Iron Man in TLR's mind. After all, he's a genius, billionaire, playboy, and philanthropist.

It's a lot easier to get along when you're winning. It could be that this team has had issues in the clubhouse for a while now and that all the losing this year is finally airing some of the dirty laundry that's been masked by the team winning the previous 2 years.
