I could see Dbacks-Dodgers being uneventful (sorry Dbacks), but pretty stoked for the other series.

Still not buying the Twins, but who knows with the way Royce Lewis has been playing plus the added motivation for Correa against his former team.

Updated. One of two 2010s era teams are assured of advancing in the American League. Minnesota and Arizona have a chance of ending their very long draughts of a League Championship series.

Texas is the only team remaining without a World Series title, Baltimore has the longest draught among the seven remaining teams.

Last season each team advanced to the League Championship series or beyond (last WS Win)

Clean sweep for the Stros

Dammit, would really prefer for the Stros to go up against the Rangers and the Twins to get dispatched by the O's.

It will be interesting to see how veteran presence plays out in the post season.  BTW Kershaw is not very good in the post season.

Rain in Baltimore may push the start time back, but they’ll play.

Want:

Twins-Orioles

Dbacks-Phillies

Probably the opposite will happen.

Will Lynn make a start for the Dodgers?

Really looking forward to the Rangers - Orioles and Phillies - Braves . the Dbacks are fun to watch, but the Twins, Astros, and Dodgers give me hay fever.

Agreed. I want to watch those two series start to finish. The other two, I’ll check the scores once in a while unless it goes 5.

If you’re not going to open the roof when it is 76 degrees, with low humidity and light clouds, don’t pay for the retractable roof.

I... I just can't root for them. Is it possible both teams lose?

We call this rooting for the meteor.

Boy I bet the Phillies are mad they spent all that money on Bryce Harper! Oh, wait...

The bye really hasn't been doing most of the teams any favors so far.

Houston? Verlander’s shutout start?

Atlanta looked super rusty. Baltimore didn't look great either. Both had very favorable pitching matchups and lost.

You can say that if they have 3 losses. 1-2 with 1 game to play isn’t a pattern in this sport. The Braves went 1-2 against the White Sox with a ‘27 Yankees offense. If the team with the buy won 66% of the games, there would be plenty of years where they went 2-2.

Kershaw is cooked

Well now I think we can haha

Man Harper is still only 30. Thanks for not even considering him Jerry.
