  1. QUOTE (mr_genius @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 03:11 PM) will she be the first 100% white, but some how still somehow a Cherokee, senator? That was a pretty lame "controversy" but whatever, Mr. Brown is done, me likey.
  2. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Oct 31, 2012 -> 12:12 PM) Both candidates pulled out. There was a pretty big event that affected Massachusetts recently. Warren is winning that seat, that's what I meant.
  3. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 05:55 PM) Dems Crushing GOP In #NC--- Early Votes #NorthCarolina---- Dems 49.2% vs GOP: 31.2% #POLLS A Great Dem Surge In #NV EARLY VOTES---- #NEVADA 483,873 --- Dems 44.6% vs GOP 37.5% ---- 49.9% of 2012 Totals vs 2008 EARLY VOTES ---- #IOWA 497,725 --- Democrats + Obama 44.2% vs Republican + Romney 32.1% ---32.2% of Votes in Iowa vs 08 Totals #POLLS I don't have a link but I heard on TV last night that Obama is up huge in OH early voting...the Democrats have really got their early voting ground game in high gear. The GOP will need a HUGE turnout to overcome some of the deficits we're seeing.
  4. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 06:42 PM) Scott Brown has pulled out of final Senate debate Stick a fork in him...
  5. QUOTE (Cknolls @ Oct 30, 2012 -> 05:47 PM) OBAMA: “WE LEAVE NOBODY BEHIND” A dead ambassador would say differently if he could you lying piece of bleep. Were you also this angry when we finally found out W and his administration lied us into a war that resulted in thousands of Americans needlessly dying and God knows how many hundreds of thousands Iraqi citizens? WMD's? Oh, there still there somewhere hidden! Spare us your fake anger for political expidiency...
  6. It sucks using a natural disaster for political gain but the Democrats are gonna hammer Romney over his ending FEMA stance.
  7. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Oct 29, 2012 -> 05:57 PM) http://www.theatlanticwire.com/politics/20...e-silver/58460/ Silver has O winning 296 EVs while RCP has him winning 290 on the no toss ups map...
  8. QUOTE (mr_genius @ Oct 26, 2012 -> 03:32 PM) really bored today. had some projects to do that were planned to last 3 weeks. only took 3 days to finish. To be fair, Silver isn't the only election prediction site that has Obama as favorite to win, right now, if Romney were to win in Nov. it would be seen as an upset. I'm getting kinda tired of the hyper politics going on today, I wish the elections were held tomorrow just so we could move on...
  9. QUOTE (Brian @ Oct 26, 2012 -> 10:45 AM) It's a shame that there are moms and dads with families who are suffering with cancer and other diseases, but Ann Coulter is healthy as can be. She's mentally ill though. Wouldn't hurt her to eat something sometime...
  10. Vandals don't have a right to free speech? I kid...
  11. In before Y2HH goes on another "you sheeple" rant I think Obama carries 8 of those 10 swing states, losing FL and CO. Most Election prediction sites and Las Vegas has Obama as the favorite to win but that University of Colorado model that has never been wrong has Romney winning big Romney 330 to Obama's 208 to be exact, could they be that way off? Mittens would need to win a big chunk of blue states, what gives?
  12. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Oct 25, 2012 -> 08:38 PM) The Sox fan I know rooting for Detroit was born in Detroit and raised on the South Side. Otherwise, the entire city of Detroit can f*** itself. f*** AL Pride. I'd root for the Orioles, Blue Jays, Rays, Mariners, (and next year) Astros from the AL. That's it. I can't stand any team in our division, the Yankees or Red Sox, the Rangers, Angels, and A's. I'll never root for Detroit in the WS unless they play the Cubs. Preach, brotha!!
  13. Me thinks Papa Grande won't pitch anymore in this WS, I almost feel bad for him at this point.
  14. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 24, 2012 -> 12:43 PM) So as long as it finds something, it is cool? Ugh. I never said it was cool, I just pointed out the fact that Flynt was able to find dirt on those two whereas Trump hasn't...
  15. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 24, 2012 -> 12:07 PM) So the Donald is taking tips from Hustler. Excellent. Larry Flynt actually did get dirt on hypocrites like Bob Livingston and Bob Barr who were decrying Clinton's cheating ways while they too were having affairs. The Donald=Epic Fail
  16. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Oct 19, 2012 -> 10:55 AM) Nat'l polls published in past 24 hours: Obama +3.2, Obama +3, Obama +3, Obama +1,Obama +0.6, Obama +0.5, TIE, Romney +7 According to Nate Silver, Obama's chances of winning are over 70% again
  17. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 17, 2012 -> 08:23 PM) No one thinks that. Stop being dumb. The issue here is that the administration's foreign policy is to bend over and apologize for everthing Americans ever do. Muslim extremists don't exist, What a crock of you know what, tell that to Osama Bin Laden...oh wait, you can't because he's dead along with countless more cronies of his. W saying he didn't give a f*** about the mastermind behind 3,000 dead Americans. http://www.google.com.mx/url?sa=t&sour...7LZ5NX61tAtcllw Obama telling everyone that we were gonna hunt OBL down. Weakness, yeah ok...
  18. QUOTE (bmags @ Oct 17, 2012 -> 01:42 PM) I actually thought it was a good debate. You guys are just acting too cool. George F Will called it the GOAT presidential debate BTW... http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/201..._have_seen.html
  19. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Oct 17, 2012 -> 11:19 AM) WTF? Seriously MexSox? If you have nothing to say, how about don't say anything. Of couse it's my opinion, everything everyone has posted here is their opinion. You're response was totally unnecessary...but thanks for pointing out the extremely obvious for everyone here that didn't realize these posts were opinions.
  20. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Oct 17, 2012 -> 11:05 AM) Neither of them won, and the American people lost. To call either of them a winner in that debacle is a joke in my opinion.
  21. QUOTE (Jake @ Oct 17, 2012 -> 10:54 AM) Not sure, but Al Gore did not win TN where he served as Senator. I knew that, but every state has two senators and TN is a red state. I know Mass. is a blue state but Romney touts his bi-partisanship yet he isn't contesting his state. I could be wrong but maybe it's never happened before where a presidential candidate couldn't carry the state he was the Gov. of?
  22. QUOTE (iamshack @ Oct 16, 2012 -> 10:47 PM) Biden brought it up in the VP debate I think...he pointed out that Romney isn't even contesting the state. This Mittens loves mentioning his time as Mass. Gov. and how he worked with Dems, Obama should just flat out ask him why he isn't contesting his state. BTW, when is the last time a former Gov. of a state didn't carry his state in a presidential election? Probably a long time ago I would guess.
  23. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 01:49 PM) Being the only undefeated team kind of puts them at #1 by default, but considering that 4 of their first 6 games were vs. the AFC West, the Falcons will have to do a little more to impress me. and the awful Raiders gave them all they could handle. I think I might put the Giants as the second best team for two reasons, defending champs and the way they manhandled the 9ers.
  24. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 09:22 PM) I've heard people say they'd want to trade Rose and Thibs. But I just think they ARE the Bulls as we know them. I don't think you're a real fan if you want to get rid of those two, I don't care if it is for Lebron or Dwight or Jesus himself. I was a Bulls fan when the Bulls "as we knew them" were Reggie Theus, Dave Corzine and Orlando Woolridge. I gather you're a young fan so this might come as a surprise but players come and go, even legends like MJ and Pip... So sue me for wanting the best players on the Bulls.
