  1. Cutler's mechanics were really horrible yesterday. There were a couple of throws he made from his back foot even though he had a pocket and could've stepped into the throw. You can't blame him too much, he has a horrible O line and is probably shell shocked. He made some bad decisions, made some bad throws, had two TDs dropped and made a few nice passes. My only hope vs Green Bay is that it's not a nationally televised night game...
  2. My dad, who came from Mexico in 1969 and settled on Chicago's SE side, was a Yankees fan growing up. He used to get free tickets from US Steel and he would take me and my brother along with co-workers of his. The first game I can remember, Steve Kemp hit a game winning HR against the Tigers IIRC. My Pops eventually switched his allegiance to the White Sox. I actually grew up liking both the Sox and the Cubs, most of my friends were Cubs fans even though we lived in what should've been deep Sox territory. The Cubs games were all on WGN while the Sox were mostly on cable, that really had a negative impact on Sox popularity in the 80s. Anyways, that 83 team locked me in on the Sox and Harold Baines is my fave all time Sox player. I'll do all I can to make sure my son, who is on my avi, also becomes a Sox fan.
  3. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 2, 2012 -> 04:04 PM) I'm of the opinion that winning 6 of 7 in the NFL actually is 'lighting the world on fire' but what do I know. ok ok, the Packers are running away with the division, we should forfeit the upcoming game against them at Soldier Field, we've no shot, happy now? Me, I think we have a good shot at the division, so sue me.
  4. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 2, 2012 -> 03:44 PM) Huh? They've won 6 of 7. The only loss was to a Giants team that has their number. 8-4 and they hadn't beaten anyone of note except for Houston...beat them at Soldier Field and all the handwringing will stop...at least foe a while. I don't think losing to Seattle is the end of the world.
  5. The division is still up for grabs, Green Bay isn't exactly lighting the world on fire either, they got their problems too.
  6. Oh well, this was a game the Bears should've put away, they didn't, let the Seahawks hang around and we paid for it... Gotta play better in Minny next week.
  7. We couldn't put someone else as.QB spy that could actually keep RW from getting to the sidelines?
  8. I hate it when I run out of beer...
  9. is this broadcast team regular Seahawks announcers? wtf
  10. That Russell kid is impressive though
  11. Goddam, if Wright holds on to that easy pick, this game would've been over
  12. The Seahawks need a TD now... that should've been a pick!!!
  13. QUOTE (chw42 @ Dec 2, 2012 -> 02:42 PM) Not kicking that FG could come back to bite us in the ass. In Our D We Trust!
  14. QUOTE (Jake @ Dec 2, 2012 -> 01:32 PM) They've all been correct. These announcers are annoying as f***, blatantly cheering for the Seahawks. Not mentioning Cutler as a top player in this game is asinine, he's been brilliant. This The color guy kept insisting that was a TD catch while the Fox network rules specialist and eventually the referee rightfully overturned the call...
  15. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Nov 29, 2012 -> 09:27 AM) Colin Cowherd would kill a human to f*** Kim Kardashian. What a tool. I highly doubt that, Colin might be gay, ever hear how he gushes about LeBron? "not that there's anything wrong with it":p
  16. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Nov 27, 2012 -> 05:36 PM) 47:18 to be exact, so he sat out 42 seconds I sometimes have no idea what Thibs is doing...it's a regular season game in November, for f***'s sake!
  17. QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Nov 26, 2012 -> 09:26 PM) Wow, they blew a game they were up by 27. I think it's on Thibs for not resting the starters when they were up 27. I mean Noah still played 39 minutes and Deng 48. Butler only played 12. Inexcusable. And that last play that was drawn up was crap. That can't be right, he played every minute??
  18. SOXOBAMA is full of crap, no Bear fan here was talking smack about the Bears/49ers game, if anything, we've been very respectful of the 9ers. Someone else mentioned that SOXOBAMA had been overhyping the Bears, not us Bears fans and now he wants a troll war...enjoy your win and hope you don't get the Giants in the playoffs, lol.
  19. I thought the 49ers O line was supposed to be terrible, they look like the 90s Cowboys out these, their QB has a ton of time to throw. Damn, the 49ers just clowning the Bears at this point...f*** this.
