  1. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 12:56 PM) Nope, he's not either. But that doesn't discount the fact that Obama is doing exactly what Metsoxfan is doing for him right now...blaming everything on Bush, nothing on Clinton, and nothing on himself, DESPITE the *FACT* that Obama has taken everything Bush did, and continued or extended it. I'm not a Mets fan, how dare you sir I gotta change my user name to MSF
  2. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 12:51 PM) That's a pretty simplistic view...and it's not based on reality, either. Every last thing you mentioned there, Obama took the ball and ran with it...but you conveniently ignore that, because otherwise you'd have no argument at all. And deregulation started under Clinton, not Bush, so that's dismissed. Let's see: All the wars you speak of were continued. The tax cuts you speak of...were extended...TWICE. Your entire argument is baseless. Try harder next time. The tax cuts Obama passed helped middle income families and he did end the Iraq war.
  3. So Y2HH, what does Romney and the GOP offer that you think is a better alternative? I'd love to see what Romney's secret plan to improve the economy is if you know what it is. Romney certainly isn't running on his record as Governor, hardly ever mentions it all, wonder why...
  4. QUOTE (Reddy @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 12:40 PM) with this voter they are! amen
  5. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 12:27 PM) Because they sure aren't running on their record... So let's go back to the party that actually got us in this mess to begin with...it took Bush and the GOP 8 years to skullf**k our economy with two wars, deregulation, massive deficit spending and tax cuts for the wealthy. You ain't gonna fix that in one term, I have no doubt we'll start seeing the economy grow stronger in the coming years if we stick with Obama and if the GOP act like adults and work with the President instead of c**kblocking his every move.
  6. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 11:18 AM) I still don't think it matters come November. Peoples attention spans are far too short these days. Obama, Clinton and the rest of the Democratic party need to keep reminding voters right up until Election Day that Romney believes elderly people, college students, disabled vets and the working poor are a bunch of leeches...
  7. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 08:47 AM) Mother Jones may be milking this for a while. More segments of video today, this time discussing Israel/Palestine, Iran, and Obama's personality: Romney is a foreign policy mental midget, he still thinks Russia is our biggest international threat, wtf is this? 1984? God help us if that moron wins...
  8. QUOTE (Jbabs34 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 09:42 AM) Ok, i'll bite at this... hawk is awful, plain and simple. i don't care that this is his sixth decade in professional baseball and that insert player's name is the best he's ever seen. last night he said salvador perez was the best young catcher to come into this league in a long time....pretty sure he said the same thing about carlos santana 2 years ago. he's making sox games unbearable to watch with his dumb catch phrases and repetitive stories about ted williams and yaz ...can't wait till this asshat retires. In your opinion...
  9. I love the Hawk, I get how he would be annoying to others and sometimes he over uses his hawkisms but I get a chuckle every now and then during his PBP, he is a very funny guy...some of his lines have rubbed off on me, my brother plays baseball in an amatuer league and I'll be in the stands and when an opposing hitter hits a line drive down the foul line and I'll yell out "get foul, it will, thank you!" or when someone strikes out I'll say "he gone!"
  10. The thing that most impresses me about the 49ers is how well they execute on offense, we know their D is stud like but they run their offense really well, and I love that kind of game, a great defense with an offense that runs the ball very well and can get the ball downfield when needed. I agree with SOXOBAMA, they are the team to beat in the NFC.
  11. YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUK
  12. Talking about momentum, I remember Joe Torre said he felt momentum change in that series where the Red Sox came back from the 0-3 defecit. He said he felt it change when the Red Sox won I think game 5 in extra innings and the Yankees just couldn't overcome it afterwards. He definitely believes in momentum for what it's worth...
  13. QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Sep 13, 2012 -> 09:42 PM) Where did I say that. The drinking tonight is causing problems with your reading comprehension. cutler had a bad game. But if you think this was only his fault then keep drinking. Dude, it wasn't all Cutler's fault, everyone on offense was bad, I agree...what pisses me off is Cutler idiotic decisions, throwing into double coverage. He forces throws too much and most of them get picked off vs the Packers secondary, he's talented but he's also a bit of a moron. If there's nothing tthere, throw the f***ing ball away, don't throw a stupid INT and give GB great field position...the D did their job. Jay and the offense cost the Bears this game.
  14. QUOTE (daa84 @ Sep 13, 2012 -> 09:44 PM) cutler is the same f***ing arrogant prick douchebag he has been for the past 10 years. He is so f***ing full of himself it makes me sick. the guy is so supremely talented, if he had an ounce of humility he'd be a hall of famer, and yet he gets so little out of his talent. Yes the O line sucked, but the last 3-4 sacks were because he didnt get rid of the ball. he threw multiple times off his back foot tonight - same dumbs*** mistakes he has made his entire career...i you didn't get the memo, you can't critisize Cutler because he da bess
  15. QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Sep 13, 2012 -> 09:37 PM) Celebrations for the Kyle Orton society. It must of sucked last week. So you saying Cutler played weell but everyone else on offense sucked...ok
  16. Still not convinced GB is that good, any team with our D and a respectable offense beats the Packers
  17. ok, I'm a bit drunk and pissed but has a Cutler led Bears team ever beat the Packers yet?
  18. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Sep 13, 2012 -> 09:03 PM) Jay Cutler is the biggest p**** to ever wear a Bears uniform. Against the Packers he is, makes them look like the Steel Curtain.
  19. At some point we need to stop making excuses for Cutler the way he plays vs GB
  20. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Sep 13, 2012 -> 09:01 PM) Remember when cutler and Marshall were awesome that one week? Cutler s***s the bed vs GB, it's really annoying now
  21. Well, the defense have done their job, haven't given up a TD, too bad our offense haven't realized the game started
