  1. Like in basketball, Marv Albert, Mike Fratello, Steve Kerr, JVG, Dick Stockton, Hubie Brown...dislike Tirico, Miller and Bill Walton. I like Jack Buck and Troy Aikman for football (I know he's not popular here), dislike Tim McCarver for baseball. Hate Dick Enberg, like Gary Thorne for the NHL.

  3. QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 3, 2012 -> 12:25 PM) She got into a twitter dance battle with the 2011 Maxim hottest girl alive or something like that. For your viewing pleasure: http://www.kineda.com/kate-upton-gets-serv...y-dance-battle/ Holy hot tamales
  4. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 7, 2012 -> 09:20 AM) I always thought Fratello looked even more ridiculous. Still my favorite broadcast tandem, Marv and the Czar of the telestrater, their voices remind me of the early Bulls Dynasty
  5. QUOTE (knightni @ May 6, 2012 -> 05:33 PM) Take away Westbrook and Ibaka, and make Durant play with one arm. They'd definitely struggle. they wouldn't get past the first round.
  6. QUOTE (Soxfest @ May 6, 2012 -> 03:38 PM) So much for the #1 seed. To be fair, take the best player from any team and they'll struggle. Even a team as deep as OKC, without Durant, they're not winning it all.
  7. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 6, 2012 -> 03:08 PM) Getting away from the refs for a second...Spencer Hawes went 9/11 and 22 points. That just can't happen. And Omer Asik is awful. I've never understood the hype surrounding him. Get him out of here. I usually don't like complaining about the refs, they are terrible for all teams but Philly with 30 FTs back to back games...I see the Bulls being agressive too.
  8. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 6, 2012 -> 02:40 PM) Phil Jackson averaged ~5 technical fouls per year over his career, just over 100 in just about 20 seasons. Thibs received 5 technical fouls this year. Balta, don't know if you are old enough to remember the early 90s Bulls Knicks series, Phil Jackson was a master of complaining to the media about what he percieved as a lack of calls by the refs, about how the Knicks grabbed, pulled and tried to bully Chicago to get an edge. It isn't just about getting Ts. PJax did the same in LA, complaining about how other players were allowed to get away with a lot of physical play with Shaq...and he was right.
  9. Phil Jackson knew how to work the refs during and between games, Thibs is a schmuck in that regard
  10. That was such a BS call, even Hubie Brown agrees
  11. That prick Holliday is the Sixer who most benefited from Rose not playing. DRose clowns that jackass.
  12. I hate that prick Turner.
  13. shut the f*** up Tirico
  14. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 4, 2012 -> 12:03 PM) Adam Yauch a.k.a. MCA from the Beastie Boys. That sucks, I grew listening to metal and hip hop and The Beastie Boys were one of my favorite bands. RIP MCA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WeUm2f4QlG0...feature=related
  15. hint to fellow Bulls fans, the postseason ended last Saturday, just a matter of if we can get past a garbage Philly team, pull an unlikely win vs Boston and eventually get a horrific stomping by Miami, we are done. Relax folks, it's over, I've accepted it and I'm at peace... I agree with the poster who said Thibs has run the team down, what he does with Deng is inexcusable, you got Butler for f***s sake, use him you asshole! /rant Back to enjoying life.
  16. I know it's still cool to hate on Bron but if he keeps playing like he has been this year, I wouldn't mnd him winning it all this year now that the Bulls are a non-factor. I would love for the Bulls to advance as far as they can but a Bulls/Heat ECFs will be a horrific beatdown, better for the Celtics to give it a shot.
  17. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 3, 2012 -> 03:02 PM) MJ retiring wasn't an injury. The Cutler thing - well, I get it, but they were still losing that game and playing like s*** on offense anyway. Somehow, Hanie played ok, as well. The Rose injury stopped cold a team in game one of the playoffs, and now we get an extended funeral. Yeah, after I posted I realized it was just about injuries but I was too lazy to change it... DRose jumps to #2 in my book Cutler was playing awful but when you lose by a TD, you would think maybe Cutler would connect on a play or two to change the outcome as our D picked up their play in the 2nd half.
  18. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 3, 2012 -> 08:46 PM) Well, I thought NY/Miami would be competitive. The Heat have officially flipped the switch. I'm a bit surprised how easily they are taking care of NY to be honest. They'll be tougher challengers up the road for Miami but the way LBJ is playing, he's gonna be tough to beat...oh and Miami's D is the best in the NBA playoffs right now.
  19. As bad as the Rose injury and the depression that set in for me was (I'm over it now), Cutler getting hurt in the NFC Championship game vs our most hated rival and eventually losing at home by a TD was the most soul crushing sports moment for me. MJ retiring the first time comes a close second. I guess the Rose injury is third on my list.
  20. QUOTE (flippedoutpunk @ May 1, 2012 -> 11:37 AM) So like, im kind of scared that Amare getting owned by a fire extinguisher case is a blessing in diguise for the knicks. I dont want the Carmelo Anthony show to start, i want an easy sweep. Dude, Rose missing the rest of the playoffs opens up the door for the Heat to make it to the Finals, don't get greedy...
  21. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 29, 2012 -> 02:51 PM) Really? Ok, just Bosh. I'm angry. And I don't care...
  22. I'm thinking that the basketball gods hate us, a Rose less Bulls team can still compete and maybe get past the Celtics but they'll put up a good fight vs the Queer trio but they'll come up short, especially if you can't even breathe on Leb**** without sending him to the FT line.
  23. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Apr 28, 2012 -> 07:39 PM) Korver on FB: f*** it, I'm there til the bitter end
