I'm not quite sure what you do with him. I need to see a bit more sustained success before I start to believe. He also becomes even more redundant if you draft Roch. Seems like an obvious trade chip to me if he keeps this up and the Sox are still in the mix at the deadline.

I'm not sure the starting pitching holds up over the course of the season, but this team is fun, likeable and on an upward trajectory. Let's get Teel back, hopefully bring Braden up at some point and let it ride in this dog s%*# division.

The most interesting player is actually Jacob Lombard. Ceiling for days. 70 power 70 speed. Could be an asset at SS/3B or maybe even CF. Highest ceiling in the class. Lots of Manny Machado comps. The issue is the hit tool. It's not there yet. It might never be. Would you risk 1.1 on a guy that might not make it to AA? It's a tough one for sure. I think Joe Doyle eloquently floated that Lombard at 1.1 could be a pick that gets a GM fired.

I'm with you. While I have much more fun picking Grady or Lombard in the draft simulator at Over-Slot, Roch just makes too much sense. The floor is so high with him. Even if he just becomes Dansby Swanson, he fits the timeline perfectly. You can probably plug him in sometime in 2027. While there's definitely room to upgrade the lineup, I'm not mad at trotting out some combination of Antonacci, Murakami, Vargas, Colson, Braden, Meidroth, Teel, and Roch. Perhaps Bonemer is close and getting reps in a corner OF spot too. I'm actually a bit more worried about the pitching side of things in coming years. I think I'm out on Hagen as a starter. Oppor is a mess, and there isn't much more waiting in the wings. I do like Gabe Davis a lot though. Hope McDougal bounces back quick as well. They really need to add some arms in this class.
