I can't remember the timing on the QO and the beginning of the free agency signing period. Do they overlap?

My Avisail Garcia glass is half full. This is his first complete season in the bigs. I say he will improve a lot in 2017.

I'm still positive, of course/

Back in the day, the two best third basemen arguably were Robin and Matt Williams. Now Matt is the worst manager in majors, Robin certainly in lowest quartile.
