  2. Are Leury Legend and Big Energy the new #DrainDuo?
  3. Best part about being a fan is I can say that without actually having to figure out what it was.
  4. Man, they should have sold high. Granted, I'm guessing other orgs probably weren't buying Sheets' 2021 production as sustainable.
  5. An error of the body vs. an error of the mind.
  6. Doesn't erase the dumbass call by the manager.
  7. Ron, I fixed the title for you to keep it accurate!

I love that this reads like Jimenez got 7 Ks and a walk on 5 five pitches.
  9. A rebuttal deprived of substance.
  10. lol
  11. TLR's managing philosophy can just basically be summed up as: - Play to handedness matchups, ignore reverse splits. - Starters have to try and go 100 pitches no matter what. - New rules are for nerds. - Respect the "unwritten" rules. - Second leadoff hitter is important, because NL style pre-DH.
  12. For anyone that says the manager doesn't matter: Please look at the turnaround the Padres made from Tingler to Melvin and the Mets from Rojas to Showalter. TLR is a dumpster fire on the bench.
  13. Unlike TLR, this Tony gets it.
  14. Was busy working all day and thought by the box score that, oh man, Burger had a rough error and then the bullpen did it. Then MLB app was like "you gotta see this shit that La Russia did." Dude is only a Hall of Fame baseball person because of steroids and prime Albert Pujols.
  15. If anything, their success this season is an argument that they're better off without Tatis. Real Ewing Theory stuff.
  16. I have never seen someone jump on such obvious bait before, but kudos to you.
  17. Obviously, your favorite player, Andrew Vaughn.
  18. Lmao, a bat toss for a walk.
  19. I have a feeling AJ is gonna strike out on six straight balls.
  20. Had to save money on the 40 man spot!

Guillermo Heredia currently playing for the Braves. Guillermos past: Velasquez, Mota, Moscoso, Rodriguez, Garcia
  22. It's depressing as hell that there's a solid argument that these changes could produce better results at this point in the season: Healthy Romy --> Leury Yolbert --> Harrison Perez --> McGuire Burger --> Pollock (Vaughn horrifically takes RF, Burger takes Vaughn's DH/1B role - also, this one isn't a hypothetical) Haseley --> Sheets Obviously they need to perform at the MLB level, but my confidence in those 5 Sox players has just plummeted.
  23. Let's go Maximum Tony: TA - C Robert - DH Moncada - SS Abreu - 3B Grandal - 1B Eloy - RF Pollock - CF Burger - 2B Vaughn - LF McGuire - P
  24. Based on Lenyn's history I want to see him in Charlotte first (@Y2Jimmy0 explained at length the whole cut Harrison, promote Yolbert, promote Sosa to AAA scenario), but I wouldn't hate this - I would be cautious though.
