  1. Add Wendell, Chandler, and hopefully a high lotto pick. Could fit real well together.
  2. For all their many, many faults GarPax are still good at draft. They've got another high draft pick coming up and they've got 4 non-shit players. They're in a tier just above the rest of those teams. But not by much.
  3. Nah. - Knicks - Marlins (their trade returns + David Sampson thing) - Browns - Suns - Cavaliers After that...yeah...yeah...
  4. They are infinitely better at damage control, I'll give them that. Like if I was a casual fan and got most of my content from them, I'd be mad but say "Ah, they gave it a pretty good shot."
  5. His job was to recruit Harper, so he can go.
  6. Unprecedented financial flexibility savings
  7. The Nats really, really fucked with his delivery.
  8. LaVine being a better distributor lately and forming a good 2-man game with Lauri is why I'm not necessarily against Barrett if the Bulls were to get the #2 spot in the draft. Just say screw it and go jumbo. When your front court is Porter-Lauri-Carter, it might actually work.
  9. One more guaranteed year of Eloy > one less guaranteed year of Eloy
  10. Yes, but Southern Florida is not part of Latin America.
  11. Incentive: Every time Harper burns a Cubs W flag in RF, it's $500k. $10M if it's a Cubs game. $50M if it's a walk off and he rounds the bases with a burning flag.
  12. Sox clearly didn't sign Machado so they attempt the Sign a Buddy plan with Bryant. Just promise Harper that they'll sign Bryant.
  13. Rizzo was Cashner, but 90% that was Hoyer prepping for his Cubs job, not Preller.
  14. This explains why I got an MLB: At Bat update about Bryce Bush at 3B
  15. Yes, buts he's not a Mizzou player. This is slightly more rational.
  16. Prepare for @bmags and I to stan Misner hard if he becomes a Top 3 projected pick
  17. Let your plethora of OF prospects make their way up
  18. Still plenty of space between the and the Hawks. Along with the new odds this year, it would take an insane win streak for them to botch this.
  19. I get where you're coming from, but in recent memory 2014: Rodon was the layup projected #1 the year before 2015: Mautuella (I believe went in the 3rd?) was seen as a #1 pick until injuries hit 2016: Groome was rated MLB Pipeline's #1 prospect, Puk was projected as the #1 pick 2017: Twins took the 5th ranked guy to save money 2018: Singer was THE guy for so long, then he wasn't. Then Turang for a bit. The draft changes a lot man. Adley can fall a spot or two.
