I think he's seen as the top since Skenes/Crews, which is definitely a good spot for the Sox to be. Calling him just a solid prospect (going off overall prospect grades from Pipeline and FanGraphs) feels like an undersell. He's a 65 overall at Pipeline and 55 at FanGraphs. That makes him Pipeline's #3 prospect and in FG's Top 30 (only draftee).

Carlson's at 91 which isn't bad all things considered. Now add Colson, Meidroth and Antonacci at the MLB level. And likely Roch. Wonderful to see.
