My dad has been on the dump Alexei train all year and thinks he is the biggest issue with the team. Yesterday he wondered if Minnie's passing has been weighing on Alexei, especially considering how the last time Alexei had a year like this he had been dealing with a death in the family. Thoughts?

I'm getting tired of hearing "the Cubs won't give up blank for Sale/Q cause they're the real deal." Then they don't get Sale or Quintana. Sale had the highest value in baseball and Quintana's is also extremely high.

Next moves that I'd like: Try to trade Bonifacio for anything; cash, PTBNL, etc. If nothing, DFA him. Slide Sanchez to Bonifacio's backup defensive role. Call up Micah. DFA Tyler Flowers. Bad at defense and offense. But this needs a catcher trade (please god).
