Just got home. Love Swirsky compared to Hawks. Good play by Gordon. And 4 runs already?

Zobrist has played poorly and has been on the DL. I'd give up something like what we gave up for Youkilis, which would be something like Leury and Scott Carroll. Buehrle isn't having all that great a year and getting paid plenty. I'd give up something like...Myles Jaye and Cleto for him. Problem is then you'd have to figure out what to do with Danks. Lucroy has been hurt, but you still demand something in terms of trade value, but you can't trade for last year's production. Something like Eddy Alvarez, Jace Fry, Davidson and one of Micah/Sanchez. Revised offer of Montas, Alvarez and Davidson. For Rosario I'd offer Trayce Thompson, Fry, Davidson and Nolan Sanburn. Can I see Hahn doing 2012 push for the playoffs type trading? Yes. But Don't expect big splashy pieces other than maybe Rosario or Lucroy. Untouchables for me would be Danish, Anderson and Adams.

Dellavedova looked homeless in the interview. LeBron got REALLY mad when reporters asked about him diving on people.

QUOTE (greg775 @ May 24, 2015 -> 11:39 PM) I can't believe how early the Sox are out of it again. School lets out and team is buried already. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ May 24, 2015 -> 08:18 PM) There are over 100 games left. The current performance is cause for concern, not cause for abandoning all hope and burning it all down.

Even I'll admit that LeBron pushing through all that in the end was admirable. It was obvious he was gassed / something wrong with him. He let his mind take over his body.

Dellavedova is a dirty POS. My god. I hope Curry just rains 3s in his face all day.

QUOTE (Big Hurtin @ May 24, 2015 -> 08:42 PM) Well, Atlanta's all done. Watch out for your knees, Curry. They ejected Horford for that? Dellavedova dove on the guy and dragged him down. My god. It's just what happened to Taj. We might get a 5 v 8 finals.

QUOTE (raBBit @ May 24, 2015 -> 07:28 PM) Do not let facts cloud your reasoning. LaRoche (LaDunn?) has parallels with Dunn so he's the problem. It's not that our 1-2 hitters who had OBPs over .350 last year can't crack .300 this year. It's not that our best hitter is having a sophomore slump. It's not that our reigning Silver Slugger shortstop is hitting at the worst rates on his career. And it's definitely not because our C, 2B and 3B are offensive black holes. The offense is in a bad place and that's obvious. Trying to pin this on one player is entirely silly. We had holes and they are still holes. We have productive players and they are not performing to their ability. At some point this will flip to an extent and regress to the mean. That's not to say this team is capable of being an elite offense but they most definitely can hit better than they are hitting right now. I think Jose will turn it around soon. Let's not forget he just had a 17 game hitting streak. Catcher needs to be upgraded badly. There is no hope for Flowers and the farm is bare. Third as well. It might just be time to experiment with Davidson and hope a promotion makes him so excited to be in the bigs that he hits well. Or see if Gordon can be slightly better with starting time at 3rd. You just hope for the best with Carlos or Micah right now.

Hector Noesi throws a shutout, loses. Probably. Hector (5.60 ERA) kinda looks like frankenstein in this. vs. Drew Hutchison (bottom right arm, which has an ERA of 6.01).

J4L isn't wrong. This Warriors team by the numbers is the third best team ever, right after the '95-'96 Bulls and the '96-'97 Bulls. They just need to win the championship. http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-be...cording-to-elo/

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2015 -> 09:30 PM) They just might be the best nba team (no hyperbole here, check the numbers) of the 21st century. And much props to Steve Kerr for, despite playing in the 80's and 90's, recognizing that it's a MUCH different game/era and adapting to it. You got Phil/Fisher running the f***ing triangle in 2015. You know, I'm not gonna disagree on that. This team is frightening on both ends.

QUOTE (Soxfest @ May 23, 2015 -> 05:38 PM) His numbers were down across the board 2nd half except average call it what you want. ...OPS and OBP drastically went up.

QUOTE (Soxfest @ May 23, 2015 -> 05:36 PM) League started catching up on him 2nd half of last year. He was mashing the second half of last year until he got tired...

QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ May 23, 2015 -> 05:32 PM) Alright Abreu, time to extend that hit streak with your first HR in weeks. No more f***ing around, we need you to man up and tie this game now. Sigh. Or not.

Hawk sounds like he's giving the f***ing prophecy on the One Ring of Mordor. "When the shadows come" "Then the shadows came" s***. Robin is Sauron. The batters are the Nazgul. Invisible offense makes sense.

QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 23, 2015 -> 04:24 PM) I like the triples hitting Eaton. Paulie has been pretty damn good. "I know a triple when I see it." I chuckled. Paulie and Rowand for the next announcing duo.

Well. This sucks.

Pickup hockey at his age? Interesting.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 23, 2015 -> 02:21 PM) Korver is done for the postseason with a bad ankle I hate Dellavadova.
