Although my ultimate pipe dream is landing Puig.

I see this impediment more as a sign the follow up moves to this are either falling through or not as progressing as fast as they anticipated when this leaked late last night. I think we see a few moves quickly. And I still think this is part of the plan Sox just don't want to announce it yet. And we aren't giving up Trayce for him either

Personally I like having a guy Like Lawrie on this team. Someone who plays with an edge, douche or not it's a good improvement in a hard position to upgrade. He reminds me a lot of AJP atleast with the rep he gets. Also wouldn't be surprised if we give them a bullpen arm, Suzy reported earlier on that the As we're looking for SP and l/or bullpen help.

I'd be okay with it cause it's obvious he needs work, but I think it's a confidence thing. I say let him stay but put him in the bullpen or go with six starters now that shuck is hurt. I think sending him to triple a would set his development back further mentally.
