I'm still trying to figure out why everybody is so anxious to get rid of a 26 year old starting pitcher who is 4 years away from free agency and has a 126 ERA+ in 224 innings.
Santiago is a decent pitcher but don't let those #s fool you, he gives up a lot of base runners and several opportunities for opposition to score

If the sox acquire Eaton I hope Davidson is coming back as well. Move De Aza to LF and move Viciedo to the rays for lobaton and an Arm
Don't know if you are serious lol

Would love it if Hahn could swoop out Eaton and Davidson somehow
How about sending De Aza to Dbacks for Davidson to fill the void in CF with Eaton leaving.
It would be nice to get some more out of the deal, however I don't believe it would be from the Diamondbacks side of the deal as Skaggs and Eaton would be a steep price for just Trumbo, so maybe Angels give a decent prospect as well.

Peavy has not lost 5 mph on his fastball
According to Fangraps, Peavy's avg fastball velocity in 2007 was 93.9 mph. Put that in comparison, Chris Sale's fastball velocity this year is 93.3 mph.
Makes you wonder if the injury stemmed from the batting that he had to do in the game vs the Cubs, where he also had a poor start without much velocity.

No bias but watching the kid pitch wow. My top 5: Verlander, Kershaw, Price (when healthy), Sale, Cain
Yes I would take sale/cain over strasburg.
I think I would replace Cain with Harvey
