There is at least 1-2 news stories a year in Indiana where homeowners have shot armed intruders. A case in South Bend made headlines a few years ago because it was the first usage of a new law that allowed three of the intruders to be charged with the murder of the fourth intruder who was shot and killed by the homeowner.
In 6th-7th grade, we extensively studied Central/South American and European Geography, but never did Asian or African. I've learned a fair amount of it on my own, mostly through following current events, the Olympics and soccer, but I'm still pretty weak in African geography. I would have guessed Liberia and gotten that one right, but I think I also would have guessed Togo and Benin, which at least are close.
The thing I know most about Africa is that Toto blessed the rains down there.
1) Penalty call was the absolute worst. Referee should be immediately sent home from the rest of the tournament. I don't know if FIFA can suspend a player for flopping, but if so, that deserves it
2) Don't think Neymar's foul warranted a red card. Yellow, yes, but not red
3) Foul called on Croatia against the GK was fine. Keeper was going straight up and Croatia's player went into him. Keeper gets the benefit of the doubt in most cases anyway.
