  1. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Aug 8, 2012 -> 09:29 PM) The guys just look lazy to me, they show up from the start unready to play. Thats what it looks like to me. Maybe they're missing some competitive fire in the clubhouse, or maybe the manager is not motivating them enough. remember when A.J. had to yell "Let's hit this piece of s***!", and then they started hitting? When did this happen?
  2. QUOTE (chw42 @ Aug 6, 2012 -> 09:33 PM) Beckham's very good at hitting hanging curves. I see what you did there.
  3. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 28, 2012 -> 10:44 PM) The Tigers gave up Jacob Turner and a high level catching prospect to get Annibal Sanchez. We have up Eduardo Escobar and Pedro Hernandez to get Francisco Liriano. Sanchez got shelled today too.
  4. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jul 24, 2012 -> 09:27 PM) And they don't care. That play, folks, could cost us the postseason. What a HORRID call. HYPERBOLE ALERT!
  5. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 24, 2012 -> 10:59 AM) Hopefully the offense can continue to wake up, more bombs from Dunn, Konerko and Rios please thank you very much GO SOX! Amen. Go SOX!
  6. This series reeks badly of last years sweep albeit this came earlier.
  7. You gotta be bleepin' me. How does Humber only give up 2 runs to Boston? Aren't the offenses of the Boston and Detroit both potent?
  8. Consolation prize; this will be the first time the SOX get swept this year. That has to amount for something, right?
  9. Humber needs to bucker down and the batting order needs to be shaken up a bit.
  10. I'm not losing hope just yet, maybe he had the 1st inning jitters. The kid for the kitties has a 10+ ERA. Let's roll SOX!
  11. White flag trade this shiznit. Atleast we can get some good building blocks.
  12. Little off topic, but does anyone know which White Sox player is a Verlander killer?
  13. I thought this topic would be closed or moved by now. Yes I am SOX fan but I like to see spectacular pitchers when given the opportunity to do so. I have lived in Japan in the past and watched Darvish play but now that he's in the MLB it would be nice to watch him in person again. I have a lot of Japanese friends that if he were pitching would like to go to the ballpark. Since he's not, I rather not watch the SOX get KOed by a superior Rangers team without a good reason. For the record, I would hope that the SOX would crush him if he were pitching in that series. Not sure why my allegiance is being questioned here but to each their own.
  14. Thank you for that. Guess we'll have to watch from home.
  15. Not sure if this topic belongs here so I'll let the admins do with it what they want accordingly. I am trying to buy tickets for the Sox-Rangers series coming up but I want to know specifically when Yu Darvish is pitching. Is there information for this anywhere? Thanks in advance!
  16. F*** all the bull****! SOX DOWN CHICAGO WHITE SOX!
  17. They swept the scrubs. Do I need to say more?
  18. I only want to see Santiago when we are up by a ton or down by a ton. No more giving up bombs to close games. Does anyone remember that Cleveland game he saved? He gave a bomb there too. It's just too risky when the games are practically ours for the taking. GO SOX! Sweep dem bastards!
  19. No more of Santiago he sucks! He has given up atleast 4-5 homers closing. That is sick. I don't want to see him out there again unless we are up by a lot or down by a lot! I am so ticked off.
  20. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 03:23 PM) Dunn just missed going OPO. End of 1, tied at 1 What does OPO mean?
  21. QUOTE (baseball17 @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 02:27 PM) The game is on TV right?? WGN
