  1. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Sep 19, 2011 -> 03:29 PM) See! My spirits are raised when I read this guy's post. They are just too damn funny to be upset with. Honestly though, maybe it's a combination of the consistent b**** slaps you guys throw his way that accounts to the humor too. *Pops a bag of popcorn* Carry on!
  2. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Sep 19, 2011 -> 03:16 PM) I.Cannot.Wait.Until.You're.Banned. Where else am I going to get my entertainment while rotting away in a cubicle at work?
  3. QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Sep 19, 2011 -> 01:42 PM) Well, he doesn't have an appendix now if that's what you mean. Wicked Burn....
  4. QUOTE (Chet Kincaid @ Sep 16, 2011 -> 04:41 PM) What pictures? I'm sure he's talking about your avatar ass shot. GO SOX!
  5. I'm a Phil Humber kool-aid drinker. I really like him a lot, he goes out there and rarely gets blown out. I think he'll be stronger next year.
  6. We need a batboy... you can't snub the batboy.
  7. I like it. World Series bound front office right there.
  8. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Sep 16, 2011 -> 09:59 AM) I don't know what you're talking about. I saw him at Gibson's last night. Everyone in the room smiled when they saw him. Very suspcious... I though he'd be in KC managing the White Sox
  9. That's funny, he obviously was joking... right? If we figure out what the youngsters have and it's good, we can trade them for high quality veterans in the off season. Let's do this!
  10. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Sep 15, 2011 -> 04:09 PM) Haha, exactly on both of these. The best thing for Rongey is probably that the team has fallen apart so hard in the last few weeks. If the Sox lost the division by 2 games, his bulls*** theory that no single player matters would have been blown up. Now that they'll lose by 15+, he can stick to his garbage. I'm pretty sure if Adam Dunn OR Alex Rios actually hit the ball, they'd be a lot closer or leading the division right now. If both were... shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt nuff' said
  11. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 15, 2011 -> 02:53 PM) *crickets* *Walks off stage in shame*
  12. I nominate myself as manager of 2012 White Sox. I have no experience other than watching baseball for years but it can't be that hard. Check this, I'll use a twitter account so that fans can tweet me the right moves to make during the game. They can tweet me what they think the lineup should be and give reasons why. Hell, they can even tell me stats of certain players so I can bench them if necessary. I think many minds are better than one and we can all take credit for guiding the SOX to the WS next year. Who's with me?
  13. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Sep 15, 2011 -> 09:21 AM) Perfect. They've given it their all this year. It just wasn't in the cards. We have to remember that they're people, just like us. They have emotions and feel the sting of failure on a greater level than we ever could. An extra $10,000 is nice and all, but a physical symbol of their effort and heart would really help. I say we all chip in and get them all a nice trophy and/or ribbon each. It's the least we can do after not coming out in full support this season and crushing their already broken souls into smaller pieces with our boos. Hell, if we want to get literal, this is our fault. We owe it to them. You're a funny ass dude Milkman.
  14. Does it make me bad SOX fan that I'd actually consider rooting for Detroit to win this postseason?
  15. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:14 PM) End games ? He celebrated after K'ing Viciedo. I mean if you're perfect, wouldn't you gloat about it too
  16. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:10 PM) I know the game doesn't matter, but I'd love the Sox to put a run up here, so that Valverde can blow a save. I can't stand that guy. His slow delivery or his celebrations to end games?
  17. QUOTE (Brian @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:09 PM) I'm sure it was posted, but amazed how Ozzie just refuses to PH for AJ to favor the match up when he tried to do it the half inning before and failed when Leyland used a PHer. Dumbfounded. I'm not even mad about it. It's the norm. I would have used Flowers... he can atleast elevate the fuggin' ball to get a run in.
  18. QUOTE (Melissa1334 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:06 PM) stupid ozzie had to give up that go ahead run He left Santos in when his stuff was getting shelled. Yes it's on Ozzie. Stop defending him, it's making me ill.
  19. QUOTE (kitekrazy @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:03 PM) I'm still waiting on Floyd and Danks to get iron hardened. I can't explain those two... they show flashes of brilliance and being a mental midget in the same game. Just a shame. The funny thing is, they'll both want to get paid like they are MLB elite. XD
  20. QUOTE (docsox24 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 03:02 PM) no he didnt, you arent even looking at this objectively, you just want to criticize ozzie. when you give up 2 homers in the 9th and then hit into a dp with the winning run on third, its the players fault plain and simple I see what you did there.
  21. QUOTE (Melissa1334 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 02:56 PM) if u want to call bringing in ur closer out managed, i guess lol Closer-in-training He's still learning and he implodes quite a bit. I rather have Sale than Sergio in there on sheer pitching experience. Until Sergio gets iron hardened, he's still learning in my eyes.
  22. We're losing this game. These fuggin' losers have had this mentality all season. They have no bushido, they all should commit seppuku.
  23. QUOTE (kitekrazy @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 02:53 PM) I call it "having better players". Rayburn? Seriously? The guy only destroys the SOX. Avilia I'll give you though.
  24. QUOTE (Melissa1334 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 02:50 PM) leyland brought in 3 guys that came through therefore he looks like a genius, ozzie had his 2 best guys out there, they couldnt get the job done so hes the idiot lol That is what we call our textbook "being out managed."
  25. QUOTE (Melissa1334 @ Sep 14, 2011 -> 02:46 PM) lol yea its ozzies fault sergio and sale sucked Ozzie is the chess player who moves the pieces. Sale and Sergio are nothing but mere pawns.
