  1. I've got the Nascar 2004 game on PC, Career Mode is terrible early on though, you're always 2 or 3 seconds a lap behind every1 else, hopefully the new game will hav fixed this.
  2. Alex has only been back at school for 2 weeks and he's already talking to his Trig Equations.

Well since I left for Uni, this thread has added another 5 pages, impressive. I've learnt about Preps, how big Beastly is, how early WHarris and Mr. Zero hav to get up.
  4. Fraid so, whether his wife will trust him again is another story.

I actually think B-Mac might be a bit relieved that he didn't hav his best outing and gave up a couple of runs, it will help take some pressure off him.
  6. Me either coming back from Uni, and my god a Sox 5th starter from Charlotte actually won a game, I'm truly shocked.
  7. But don't they just look super cool on your graphics calculator. Save all math questions for Heather, she ain't a Calculus teacher for nothing.

Amen to that. Gotta luv the College timetable compared to the ol High School one.
  9. Hey I could very well be a foreign exchange student over there this time next year, depending on how things work out. Down here at uni, there a A LOT of foreign exchange students who are doing the same Business course as me. Most of them are from Asia, while some are from African nations like South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Nothing that will affect him long term I hope.
  11. Hope u hav a really good one there Tex, you deserve it buddy! Happy, Happy Birthday!!!
  12. Interesting question, I think most of us going into the season knew in heads that Loaiza was a 1 season wonder. Even early on though, he was still pretty good (the Tampa game comes to mind), but this could easily be the most one - sided deal in a long time. The only thing the Yankees got from this deal was saving money from Contreras' contract, but when has that ever been a problem for Ol' Steinbrenner, BTW I'd hate to be in his office today.
  13. KW has seen the light, so I'm sure he will sign a name reliever at least. But remember guys like Cotts and Adkins will probably improve next season as well, which will help.
  14. I wouldn't go that far, but there's no doubt Shingo won't be as effective next season as he was this season. Hasegawa from Seattle is a perfect example, he was an all - star last season, and hasn't had a good one at all in middle relief for the Mariners this year. There's no doubt we desperately need a guy who can pitch effectively CONSISTENTLY in the 8th and 9th innings. Problem is other teams like the Indians will be after this as well, so the Sox need to make sure they at least sign someone good, otherwise we'll be adding someone to the Rick White of 2003, and Mike Jackson of 2004 list.
  15. I'm not the biggest Pink Floyd fan going around Mr. Zero, but you can request a song for me next times if ya want.
  16. A lot of people would like us to sign Mota, would he succeed as a close though, or would we go to a 3 head horse in Shingo, Marte and Mota. Worst case scenario, if we don't sign anyone, Shingo comes back as the closer, and he's shown he can succeed in the job, it's not like we have a Botch size problem on our hands anymores.
  17. Are we going to go out and sign a closer though. I think some possible free agents are Armando Benitez, Scott Williamson, Danny Graves and Troy Percival. We could also try and trade for John Smoltz which would allow Atlanta more payroll to resign J.D Drew, or everyday Eddie from Seattle.
  18. I never did enjoy history that much to be quite frank, although the topics we were taught weren't very stimulating at all. But I had the same history teacher for my International Studies Class and I enjoyed that a lot more, writing a paper on Colombian Drug Lords and getting to watch Clear and Present Danger.
  19. I think our record after that game pretty much speaks for itself.
  20. From the Southtown,

  23. Don't they always.
