  2. This is what I think we're goin to do. 1) IF Charlotte gets a good big man in the expansion draft e.g Ilgauskas, Kelvin Cato, I see the Magic and Bobcats trading picks and the Magic get their good big man. Then at #4 we take Shawn Livingston. With our mid level exception we sign Bruce Bowen to improve our D. We trade Juwan Howard or Drew Gooden for an experinced point guard. This is IF T-Mac decides to stay, othawise. 2) We trade T-Mac to Phoenix for Shawn Marion, Joe Johnson and the #7 pick. We then take Dwight Howard with the #1 pick, and trade up with Washington, giving them a 2nd round pick to get Shawn Livingston at #5. We trade Juwan Howard to Minny for Troy Hudson in a sign and trade deal and sign Mark Blount to the mid level exception.
  3. That would have been the Aaron Boone trade. No way the Yanks trade fav. son Jorge Posada though.
  4. Guess your buddy didn't hav a good day then.
  5. The Mariners are loaded with great young pitching in AAA. Clint Nageotte with be in their rotation for the rest of the year. They're desperate for young position players, we could give them players like Rowand, Crede etc.
  6. Wasn't one of your old girlfriends was it Shuf?

Beats me, you can get every other box score for any minor league game excpet for Kanny lately.
  9. I agree that they're both solid, but I don't want to rent Garcia for a few months giving up a good prospect for him. At least with Pineiro we'd hav him for a few years, and he could replace Loaiza if we couldn't resign him. Don't think the M's are in seeling mode right at this moment though, they just swept the series with the Expos, they've moved Ichiro to the #3 spot to take advantage of his clutch bat, and their pitchers are throwing much better.
  10. Read the date of that post there Josh.
  11. Joel Pineiro has been superb in his last 2 outings, I still want him over Freddy Garcia. Even if it was only against the Expos tonight, he went 8 innings, giving up 1 ER with 1 BB and 8 K's. I think he's goin to hav a great 2nd half, and his season will mirror Mark Buerhle's from last year.
  12. Let's see how he cuts the mustard on his own for the Clippers or Suns next season.
  13. That's what finals will do to ya. I got mine next week.
  14. The game on XBOX is meant to be really good as well. Ninja Gaiden good.
  15. The Dodgers are interested in Mike Sweeney now.

Sweeney's in a slump again, batting average down to .259 now. Good to see Nanita stepping it up lately as well.
  17. Any1 want to praise Billy Botch while we're at it?

  21. Let's see what trades he makes 1st.
  22. Mike Cameron will be majorly pissed if they get Beltran to play center field and he has to shift to right. I can't see that happenin now. I think the Astros are willin to absorb some of Hidalgo's salary as well to move him.
