Where do I sign? Garcia needs to get out of Seattle, I think he'll hav more chance of succeedin here than Perez. Soriano is a STUD, #4 or 5 in our rotation and this kid has one great fastball changeup combo. Winn is a lefty I think and could easily hit .300 and steal at least 20 bases.
-
Detroit could overpay for him next year, since Bobby Higginson's $15 mill contract expires, but I think they'd rather go for sum startin pitchin to solidfy their rotation. Da Mets r always an option since they overpay and missed out on Vlad this year, otha than that there mite not be much of a bidding war for him, especially if he's asking for $15 mill plus for a long term deal.

Tommy Harris for me. If Petitgout is healthy, their O-Line isn't as bad. -
U gonna mail order it down here if I win?

Also just found this I wonder if this would hav happened if he signed with da Bears and not Arizona, Tempe, Arizona — Arizona Cardinals Head Coach Denny Green announces the termination of the final two yars of quarterback Jeff Blake’s three-year contract. “Josh McCown is our starting quarterback,” Green asserts, “so we felt it is in Jeff’s best interests to release him now to give him the opportunity to catch on with another team. “We've looked carefully at our quarterback situation and we feel Josh is going to be an outstanding quarterback. He has all the tools. He should excel in this quarterback-friendly system. Brad Johnson, Warren Moon, Randall Cunningham, and Daunte Culpepper all flourished in it.” Blake, 33, a 12-year veteran, leaves the Cardinals after posting a 3–10 record as a starter last season in his only campaign with the team. In the 13 contests, he completed 208 of 367 passes (.567) for 2,247 yards and 13 touchdowns with 15 interceptions. He also gained 177 yards rushing on 30 attempts with two touchdowns. Blake leaves Arizona with career statistics that include 1,805 pass completions in 3,195 attempts (.565) for 21,529 yards and 132 touchdowns with 95 interceptions, plus 414 rushes for 2,022 yards and 14 touchdowns. Before joining the Cardinals last season, Blake played for the N.Y. Jets (1992–93), Cincinnati Bengals (1994–99), New Orleans Saints (2000–01), and Baltimore Ravens (2002).

He's an idiot if he thinks da market is goin up again. Sure sum team may get desperate and otha him a Tejada type deal, but no way is he goin to get more than that.
-
If Wilfork or Harris is available when da Bears hav their 1st round pick, they'd be stupid not to take em. They missed Ted Washington so much this year and a Big D-Lineman will alow Urlacher to make more plays. Clarett could definitely be an option with a 3rd rounder, although otha teams like da Boys could go afta him too if he's still available. It's definitely a good RB class this year.
-
Joel Hanrahan, Franklyn Gutierrez or James Loney is prob da best we can hope for for a prospect. No way we get Miller or Jackson unless we add sumthin with Thomas like Cotts or Borchard. Lee would add sum nice LH pop as well, think he made bout $650,000 with da Devil Rays last year rite?
-
If it's Perez for Thomas we should at least get a prospect thrown into da deal as well.
-
Very cool there Steve, wow I gotta pick a siggy to use now.

But how can any1 notice how Super u r if u r anonymous?

SoxTalk Rolling Mock Draft (pick #3)
DBAHO replied to Gene Honda Civic's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
I still think the Cardinals will hav Manning fall into their lap, but I'll pick Roth. -
Nice to see Baj gettin sum luv, it's always good to see anotha right reliever make it to da big show from da minors, and hopefully Baj can make it there if he put's in sum really good performances this year.
-
Thing is now he'll be competin probably with Aaron Miles and Damien Jackson up in Colorado for an infield spot. And ppl will expect him to hit betta up there cos of the Coors factor, so if he fails, well that'll hav to be the end of him startin for another team I'd think.
-
Of course they are goin to do that. No GM in their rite mind would say that they about to make a deal, cos then anotha team would prob come in and make a betta deal. Still I'm hopin for Konerko to be shipped out, and I think if Maddux signs with da Dodgers, the chances of this occurin increase quite a bit. I wonder if a new GM came in to replace Evans though would they move Greg Miller or Edwin Jackson to get a legiminate bat.

Hopefully players are smart enough to realise that this guy is joke of a agent thinkin his clients are gonna get lots of bling bling.

Micah Schnurstein played 50 games down at Great Falls in 2003 and he had a .264 AVG with 11 BB's and 39 SO's. He's still only 19 though, definitely a good prospect for a third baseman.
