I have a gut feeling that record will be demolished on Mon. afternoon. By the way, this was a very good April Fools joke by the Wise Guys. I was on the metra train home and my friend called (Cubs fan) saying the Sox got Griffey. Immediately I knew it was bulls*** because the Reds don't need a 1B and after Rowands ST it would be an absolute insult not to give him a shot. Guess if I had been listenening to the score I might of had more reason to fall for it. And for anyone else who missed it the score is replaying some of the segment at 6.

But for Phil Rogers to even suggest his absense until Jun.,July is nothing to be worried about (because of a "deep rotation") is pure denial. Tribune can tell Phil to write a piece to calm the fear of Cub fans, but Prior is your ace and every start without him you lose valuable opportunities to WIN. What do all of you suppose the odds are of one brave Tribune writer listing the downfalls of Prior stay on the DL?
