Yermin?- Backup Catcher (update 3/29 - Lucroy won't make team, asked for release)
The team is really going to shaft him once again? What a joke. Collins should be the backup with Yermin as the DH until Vaughn gets the call.- Backup Catcher (update 3/29 - Lucroy won't make team, asked for release)
What about Yermin?- Backup Catcher (update 3/29 - Lucroy won't make team, asked for release)
Yermin has looked awesome behind the plate so far. Better than anybody could have imagined. I thought he was a complete stiff back there.- Game Thread - 3/15 Sox vs Cubbos - 3:05 PM CST
"Thanks Cubs!" edition. Excited to see what Cease looks like.- Game Thread - 3/14 Sox vs A's - 3:05 PM CST
I'm not sure who said it, but this sounds accurate- Game Thread - 3/14 Sox vs A's - 3:05 PM CST
Vaughn strikes out, but he laid off a nice slider in a 1-2 count. The vast majority of young players would not be able to lay off a slider like that, especially in that count.- Game Thread - 3/14 Sox vs A's - 3:05 PM CST
Collins battles off a few pitches with 2 strikes and works a nice single. 2-2 for the day. He's looked good so far.- Game Thread - 3/14 Sox vs A's - 3:05 PM CST
Because of this, my next thread will be in Moscow Standard Time- Game Thread - 3/14 Sox vs A's - 3:05 PM CST
We got some Andrew Vaughn action. Collins behind the plate, which I assume will be the case to start the season if Grandal is still not ready. Seems he may not be ready. Adam Engel - 1920s HOFer is getting action as well.- Len Kasper is new White Sox radio play by play announcer
You don't like the humor and seinfeld references?- COVID-19/Coronavirus thread
Only time will tell, tbh- 2021 MLB Draft Thread
Those gaudy strikeout numbers with his size and the stuff he has... Yeah, i see him getting drafted early. Illinois kid too.- 2021 MLB Draft Thread
Is there any chance he is available when the White Sox pick?- Munenori Kawasaki on why he loves Mark Buehrle
Walter Johnson's fastball was measured at 91.36 MPH in a laboratory in 1917. He was the best of the best. I'm guessing hitting 90 mph was rare back then, and 85 mph was the norm. Adam Engel would crush that type of stuff.- Game Thread - 3/13 Noon PST - LAA v. CWS

I have a bad feeling that Moncada will never regain the magic and will be a guy who hovers around a .700-.750 OPS- Munenori Kawasaki on why he loves Mark Buehrle
I bet he would be- Munenori Kawasaki on why he loves Mark Buehrle
If Adam Engel played in Ty Cobb's era, would he be a HOFer?- Game Thread - 3/13 Noon PST - LAA v. CWS
Putting the time as PST? Reported- Coop on 670 The Score at 5:00 PM CT
I understand where Cooper is coming from when he said he was hurt by it. Not by the fact that he was simply fired from the job, but because they didn't even bother keeping him in the organization - even by title. Longtime Reinsdorf employees like Cooper typically are given an emeritus or ambassador type position when they are done. Hell, Gar would probably still be with the Bulls if Michael Reinsdorf didn't take over. I'm really surprised Coop isn't the head pitching instructor emeritus or something, similar to Herm Schneider. Maybe they offered it and he denied.- Coop on 670 The Score at 5:00 PM CT
I wonder if the score will actually take Cooper up on his request to be a pitching analyst for the station. It sounds like he would do it for little pay. He's always good for a soundbite.- Munenori Kawasaki on why he loves Mark Buehrle
Buehrle is just the man. How can you not like that guy?- Spring Training thread
Tony has brought an amazing energy to the team. He's turned out to be the perfect fit as manager so far. - Extensions You’d Like to See
