Rotation 2 does not give me such confidence, as we have two proven pitchers, one who is up-and coming, another who might throw a good game or two, and a huge question mark in the five-hole. We need ponson, as I don't think Cotts or Rauch are ready for a full season's work just yet.

And, what I'd really like from the A's is a pitcher like Zito, whom they aren't going to be dumb enough to deal for Jose. But, PITCHING is what we should focus on right now if we are not going to get Nomar...Can't be relying on a Wright to win us many games, so you're putting a lot of stress on ELo and Buehrle to be almost immaculate. There aren't any other threads with huge volumes of pictures as that one. I thought this was a WHITE SOX board...Nothing of that nature would ever be allowed at Blackhawkzone.com or Whitesoxinteractive.com! Cotts has so much promise ahead of him. If he's traded at all, it would hurt the organization. I wouldn't want to give Maggs up either, since he's loved around here and more than carries his weight. I'd rather give up a Frank Thomas than a Maggs, since Maggs brings more to the table (he's a better hitter now and can play the field more than at most a couple times a week). Nomar would solidify our middle infield...But that's all I see him doing. If we can do something to get him without giving up Maggs or Cotts, then I would be more happy about a possible deal.

Hey Steff, that might be the weekend I move out of the home and into my own apartment, so I don't know yet about that weekend...But tentatively put me down...I met some good people over there this past year.
