That's because all Cub fans care about is how many homers SamME hits...They couldn't tell you the score of their game, or even who caused the error that lost the game for them...As long as SamME hits his fair share of homers, they go home happy...That's what divides us from them...We actually could tell you not only the score, but who made the key plays and some major stats for our players...Cub fans are so dumb!

Looks like Buehrle's gonna have a battle for top spot here if Cy-Lo continues like THAT!!! And that's a good battle to be fighting...Willie Harris started it all out right and our bats never gave up on it. It was great not to have to see Botch out there and that Konerko went opposite field. Jose's looking better at the plate too. Hopefully Frank isn't hurt too badly, because we need him hitting cleanup! Bring on the Yankees!!!

I'm doing fine, nearly done with student teaching and will be a college graduate in 3 weeks from tomorrow... As for the Hawks draft...I'm HOPING they trade up to get that #1 using some of their other 7 picks in this draft as part of a deal, because there's this guy from Russia named Alexander Ovechkin, who's supposed to be the next Gretzky/Lemieux, and I want him to play alongside Ruutu...The two would be STARS together! What I'm THINKING will happen is that $Bill doesn't trade at all and allows Pully to screw this up, though I don't quite know who they would be looking for..

This year, Rowand really seems confident both on the field and at the plate. Defensively, he's using the warning track as an aid instead of slamming into the wall and has unbelievable range out there shagging down so many fly balls and not bumping into another fielder if they have called for the catch. On the flipside of defense, he's looking more patient at the plate and is hitting with more command. He definitely isn't the greatest in the league, but he's definitely suiting our needs out there in center field. Perhaps Ozzie has something to do with this...

I didn't predict Buehrle would get 12 STRIKEOUTS yesterday...I solely predicted he'd get a 12K raise for each inning he pitches...

Buehrle will get AT LEAST 12 K's today!!! I just have a feeling...And he will only allow 1 earned run en route to another Sox rout, like Tuesday, this time to the tune of an 11-3 score (E6 costs us 2 unearned runs). Did ya know that the Sox are scoring 8.5 runs per game against the Royals this season? That bodes well for us...It's time to increase our record to 4-1 against these guys and go for the sweep!
