I guess I can understand keeping him on the roster with Eloy unavailable for the OF, but why in the flying fuck in he playing over AV and Engel? I am sure dingbat's reasoning is because they played in both games yesterday, but so did Haseley. The dude that isn't even hitting his weight in AAA. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

I would be beside myself excited. Its never going to happen tho. We could lost 15 in a row with Leury at the 3 hole every game and nothing would happen.

I'd literally prefer Hahn, a man with zero on field coaching experience, manage this team. The manager's one job is to put his team in the best position to win. For 175 games now, we can clearly say that TLR does just the opposite more often than not. I've said it before and I will say it again, you can't deny TLR's management resume. He is, in fact, a HOF. But this just a different game than the one he managed. He's drunk at the wheel. This team isn't good enough to coast through this season.

We need to avoid double headers at all costs because 1 DH will basically mean we punt the series. It’s obvious what TLR DH philosophy is and it’s not one that promotes in on field success.

Yep. That’s the point. Games long since passed him by. Fairly convinced a random middle school coach with moderate team knowledge could do a better job. It’s amazing.

It was really bad today. But this team is and will be so much better than that. but today was awful in very respect expect the bullpen.

Nah, it’s not that simple. Our best players didn’t play after 2 days off. It was dumb. And even if you do that, why no pinch hitting when the game is in reach late? Game was given away. Why? No idea.

Because their careers and talent level is going to give you a better chance to win that quite literally the worst lineup your roster allows you to construct. This game was punted. No effort to win.

We are. TLR has forgotten more about the game than most of us will ever know. But he has no clue what he’s doing, and this isn’t new. He’s been awful since day 1.

If we get a runner on and don’t see some pinch hitting I might lose my mind. My disgust for TLR is so hard to look past.
