TA suspended one game, will appeal.
Ehhhh. TA is who he is. I’m not concerned about flipping a guy off or bat throws. Who cares. He plays the game his way. The defense tho is a problem and he needs to fix that. He’s also looked horrible at the plate for at least a week.

Was going to pick TA but figured his escapades at SS would have rendered a negative war to this point.

AV, Sheets, Robert, Pollock and Mendick?

4/23 GT: Sox @ MIN (3:05 CST)
Yeah. Frankly I’d be shocked if AV played. I’m not quite there yet, but honestly a few more losses might actually make the Sox do something with TLR. It’s early enough that Sox can rebound from it… Like I said, not quite there. But can Sox really sit on their hands if they lose 3-4 more games on a row looking like a team of minor leaguers with a manager trying to throw the season?

There it is. TLR gonna go with the first one tho.

TLR 2022 Thread
Leury has a role on this team. But with dipshit McGee running the show, the only answer to using him properly may be removing him from the roster. Never gonna happen tho after paying him $15M.

How Concerned Should We Be?
At this point, I’m very concerned for a multitude of reasons. This team is a disaster right now. This division still sucks, which should keep the Sox in the hunt. I expect they’ll play better ball eventually, but hopefully it’s not too late. I don’t see this flip being switched imminently.

Luis Robert mild groin strain, status TBD
Would seem to indicate there is hope it’s truly a day to day issue. Fingers crossed!

Kopech has a new curveball
They could hire one of the Cell Beer Vendors and I'd take that right now.

My blood pressure goes through the roof just thinking of this.

At what point does Hahn "blow it up"?
Problem is the other four all staying healthy. And Kopech is going to need major workload management come July/August. So really, Cueto isn't enough to get them throguh this season even if the unlikely event Gio, Lynn and Cease don't hit the IL again (or in Cease's case, for the first time).

Lol, winning series in baseball is extremely relevant.

The problem with the top 6 in the lineup
The real problem - that is only made worse by no Moncada, Yaz looking rough so far this year, and Sheets looking like the AAAA player he probably is - is this team is still WAYYYYYYYY too right handed. It wasn't exactly hard to see. Hahn said adding a good lefty stick was a priority this offseason. Still baffling there wasn't more effort to solve this blatant lineup issue this offseason.

The problem with the top 6 in the lineup
Everyone else sees the same thing. Eloy's value is the in shitter. You can't trade him now.

No you won’t

At what point does Hahn "blow it up"?
To be fair, a lot of these issues wouldn’t be present if the team was healthy. But hard to expect this my group of guys to stay healthy. Frankly can say that about any team, but still holds true. TLR is just so dislikable. And then you add on that he manages like he’s just making shit up as he goes with no rhyme or reason and the consensus is pretty strong against his moves….it’s just so frustrating.

White Sox vs Guardians GT 4/21/22
I could see that. Hope not, but wouldn’t surprise me at all.
