I guess I must have missed these comments. Only ones I have really seen are super general comments that he wasn't all that liked and that he was just a strange dude with an air of cockiness that may have rubbed some vets wrong. Never saw anything I would actually deem true clubhouse issues.

Well, Twins starting pitching is certainly in better shape than it was coming out of the lockout. But they're still awfully dependent on guys taking enormous jumps forward in 22, and injury prone guys staying healthy. And Ryan is going to have similar innings limits to Kopech this year. I don’t love the Sox offseason at all. It was awful. But thankfully they already had one of the best teams in the AL. Not sure what that has to do with discussing the Twins roster moves tho.

Anyone seen any updates on Burger and Romy since last night?

Paddack is super interesting. I like him a lot. But he's certainly not without risk. He had UCL damage late last season and decided to get platelet injections and rehab instead of surgery. While I am not a doctor, I feel like those things generally don't just go away. If he needs TJS, he's probably a non-tender next offseason. And the Twins just gave away far and away their best reliever in a pen that already sucked. Its a trade that makes a ton of sense for a team that isn't try to win. But I think the Twins are.

I hope they give up Larnach for a damaged Paddack. That would be bonkers and I’m huge Paddack guy. Paddack is prob a coin flip to survive this season without TJS and he’s a non tender candidate next year if he gets it.
