The radar is quite ugly now and it just got a whole lot darker over Bridgeport.

CST_soxvan: The tarp was pulled off just far enough to let Scott Podsednik throw out first pitch. Then pulled back over the entire infield. #whitesox https://twitter.com/cst_soxvan/status/849003110337056770

ChiTribKane: White Sox pregame ceremonies are back on, should begin soon, Sox official says. But still no update on game time. https://twitter.com/chitribkane/status/848996253350473728

It appears that the horrible logo is placed minimally inside the park. Thats something I guess. Doesn't help much when I go by it every day...

Looks like Modelo, Pabst, Goose Island, Bell's, and Founder's will all be advertising inside the park, but there will still be plenty of options. I will happily enjoy any of those 5 over Miller or Bud!

last paragraph from the article: "Other mega-brewer domestic labels will still be available at the ballpark this season. Budweiser and Bud Light will be served, along with Old Style and even some Miller Lite, despite the team's split with MillerCoors. So-called "pouring rights" at stadiums are separate from marketing deals, as brewers cannot pay to be the only beer served at the ballpark." http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/201...se-island-pabst

Petricka takes a liner off his pitching arm. Leaves after 1 batter.

May diving catch in left center to save a run!

Avi K's looking. 1-0 Sox bottom 1.

Melky solo home run!

Not so good in the 2nd.

Avi just got tossed. That pitch was a foot inside!

Burdi in for Q in the 8th. Q's final line: 7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K.

Q through 7 on 79 pitches. 2 hits.

QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 23, 2017 -> 03:46 PM) Intriguing that they are playing Delmonico in LF I haven't seen him in left before. Curious indeed.
