Anyone watch Arrested Development Season 5? I'm a little unsettled by how they decided to end it, in the sense that I will no longer be able to enjoy the original seasons now that I have this new perspective. I haven't enjoyed any of the Netflix seasons but this one was the worst to me.

I feel like you might be undershooting on the arb figures a bit. Especially with inflation. Most estimates I've seen for a possible Eloy extension (thru 2025) are 7/70 or so. To make it 8/100 is just buying one year of FA at $30 million per those estimates, which is a lot, but honestly a risk I don't mind them taking given Eloy's ceiling and that it's just one year

The one thing that's giving me some doubt is that Eloy was optioned to AAA today. I know it doesn't really matter much, but it would be kinda weird to option a guy and then sign him for $100 million less than 24 hours later

I should clarify that the exact numbers primarily came from a Jets fan account who claims that his uncle works for 670 The Score, and people ran with them. Other than this, most of the #FakeInsiders are just "reporting" Bell to the Bears without numbers

I know that #FakeInsiders are a painful memory for us, but there is a weird number of random accounts today that have been claiming Bell signed with the Bears for 4/64 (49 guaranteed). Not sure where it originated from, very likely fake, but I do think we're in on Bell

Nonetheless, here we go again: Jose Abreu's OPS by month: March/April: .832 May: .817 June: .852 July: .876 August: .966 September: .866 With the exception of him being better in August, the other figures are all normal statistical variations that would be present given the sample size being used. If an .832 OPS in April and an .817 OPS in May is someone "consistently underperforming' then he's the least of our problems.

Jay actually has a higher OBP against lefties than righties in his career. if anyone needs a platoon partner I think it would be Palka.
